For my background, I cut out some white cardstock 4x 5 1/4.  I used the Poinsettia wishes stamp and stamped the smaller Poinsettia with Catherine Pooler Samba ink in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation stamping.  I used Catherine Pooler Mardi Gras ink for the leaves also using the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation stamping.  I used black ink for the center image.  I also stamped the sentiment from Sweet Holiday Wishes with Mardi Gras ink.  I cut my sentiment with my paper trimmer rounding it off.

I then glued my background to a kraft A2 card base.  I added the ginger, to-go cup, and sentiment with foam tape.  Lastly, I added some gel accents with my gelly roll pen and clear sequins.  I hope you like it.

Wishing You Everything Happy

Hello everyone! It's Woodblock Wednesday  I love this challenge, it's a fun way to give your Woodblock stamps some love. This challenge is hosted my my friend Amy Tsuruta.  I hope you can participate, it's really fun.  Usually you have until the following Monday to upload your cards.

I stamped one of my all time favorite sentiments using the Woodblock stamp from Michaels Recollections with black ink onto my white panel.  I then glued everything with liquid glue.  I used my white gel pen for a few accents and glued some sequins to match.  Everything was glued to a kraft A2 card base.  I hope you like it.  I had a lot of fun making it.

Scalloped Heart Shaped Porcupine Love Card

Hello everyone.  I'm super excited to share a Scalloped Heart Shaped Valentine card or it can be a anytime card.  You don't need a Holiday to say you love someone.  And especially when you use Lawn Fawn.  Who agrees with me?

Isn't it cute?  I love Purple and pink together, so fun.  I first started out stamping some images from the  Porcu-Pine For You Stamp, and Porcu-Pine For You Add on stamp on Neenah Solar White 80lb. with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink.  I colored them in with my Copic markers and then used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut them all out.

I then cut out the Giant Outlined Love Ya die with purple and white cardstock.  I also cut out some large Scalloped Hearts using a older Sizzix die set with white and pink cardstock.  I ink blended a white scalloped heart die-cut with Hero Arts Hues Taffy ink cube using my large Blending Brush.  I glued my purple Giant Outlined Love Ya heart onto that scalloped heart die-cut.  I then inlaid some small hearts with liquid glue that I copic colored from the white die-cut.  I also inlaid the inner O and A back in place with liquid glue.  Even though I covered them later.

Next, I glued my Porcu-Pines and other small cute images, I used my teflon bone folder to crease to make my card base.  I then glued my Scalloped card together with liquid glue.

Here is the inside of my card.  I cut out a smaller scalloped heart and stamped a sentiment from the Porcu-Pine For You Add On using Taffy ink.

I also stamped a smaller sentiment on my card from the Porcu-Pine For You stamp using Versafine black Onyx ink.  I added a few white gel accents using my white Gelly Roll pen. This card will fit in a A7 envelope.  I hope you like my Scalloped Heart shaped card.  I think its full of LOVE. I also will be linking my card to the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge Lots of Heart #165.

Snowman Hot Cocoa

Hello everyone.  I cannot believe Christmas is around the corner.  I was hoping to get some more Christmas Crafting in before Christmas.  We will see... Anywhoo I have fun Holiday card that I made for the current Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge Coffee + Snowman #24.

I had so much fun making this card.  I had this cute Snowman Mug SVG file for awhile and I'm so glad I could use it for this Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge.  I first cut all my pieces from my Silhouette Design Library using my Silhouette Cameo 3 machine.  I used mostly, white, red, black, kraft, orange, and pink cardstock.  I did ink blend the kraft cardstock for the hands, coffee, and gingerbread with Ground Espresso Distress ink.

I glued my snowman Hot Cocoa together using liquid glue.  I used my white and black gel pens for accents and details. I also used a red copic marker for some shading. I used pattern paper from my stash I believe this one came from Joanns.  I love that it was double sided and that I liked both patterns for this card.  I cut my pieces using my paper trimmer.

I added some coarse white glitter to my marshmallows and candy cane and glued everything to a pink A2 card base.  I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment from Jaded Blossom White Christmas Stamp and then cut it to fit my card.  I didn't feel like I needed embellishments for this card.  I hope you like it.

Thank you for taking a look!

Lawn Fawn Little Snow Globe Holiday Dog Cards

Hello everyone.  I have some easy but cute Holiday cards today using Lawn Fawn's Little Snow Globe Collection Dog Stamp.

For both my cards, I stamped all my images onto white cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and cut them out with my Brother Scan N Cut Machine.  I then colored them in with my Copic Markers.

This was my first card I put together.  The foiled pattern paper is from Lawn Fawn.  It was a little hard to photograph but I assure you it's pretty.  I made a ground, I was going for snowflake wallpaper and a wood floor with base board.

I stamped a sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Stamp set Winter Scribbled Sentiments with black ink on my wood floor. paper strip.  I glued everything to a A2 white card base.  I added some drops of Lawn Fawn glitter glaze on a few snowflakes and globe.  I also used my white gelly roll pen for highlights.  I love the dog and his cute deer hat.

Here is another card I made.  I'm really into green this year and I always love snowflakes and of course Lawn fawn.  I did the same with this card only I colored the dog differently and he has a Santa Hat from Little Snow Globe Bear Stamp.  This pattern paper is different and is from Joanns. I also used a different image for the snow globe. I love snow globes so much. I then glued everything to a green A2 Card base.  Later, I added some glitter glaze to the snowflakes.  I did use my Gelly roll pen for highlights on this card too.

I was going to add my sentiment cut to fit my card front but I didn't like the look, so I placed it inside my card instead.

I hope you like my cards.  I had so much fun making them.  I also may have shopped lawn Fawn's Black Friday sale.  So more Lawn Fawn cards are coming.  I will be linking my cards to the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge-Holiday Critters #161 and to Simon says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Anything Goes.

Holiday Card using Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 38

Hello everyone.  I'm back with another Holiday card using the fun sketch for October.  BYSHC Sketch 38.  I hope you'll try it, because I think you'll love it.

I chose some Christmas Pattern Paper from my stash it might have been an older Recollections Paper Pack from Michaels.  I cut my papers down to size using the measurements from the sketch.  I used a circle die for the circle element with a red and white polka dot pattern paper paper.  You can use any size circle.

Mrs. Claus was stamped on white cardstock with black ink from a retired Honey Bee Stamps Stamp set.  I colored her in with my copic markers and then fussy cut her out.  I glued everything to a A2 card base.  I stamped a sentiment and glued it to my card.  Lastly, I used my white Gelly Roll pen for some gel accents.  I hope you like my card and join us in the FB group.  There is always a prize, Crystal is so kind to do that.  Just upload to the current FB album by Oct 31.

Fall cards using Woodblock Stamps

Hi everyone.  I have 2 Fall cards today.  Can you tell I'm ready for Fall? I decided to make these cards using some woodblock stamps for Woodblock Wednesday that starts today hosted by my friend Amy Tsuruta

For my cards today I used some woodblock stamps that my Mom had bought me years ago.  It's a set of leaves, apple, pumpkin, and sentiments.  I love the set.  I started out with white cardstock 4 x 5.25 panel and stamped the leaves stamp with Catherine Pooler Mandarin Spice ink.  I liked how it looked as borders across my page.  I then took a blending brush and ink blended some Mandarin Spice all over my panel.

Next, I spritzed my panel with water and placed it into a embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp called Pinpoint Starlets. I love the texture. I then glued my panel to a A2 card base.  I stamped a sentiment from one the woodblocks in the set with black ink on white cardstock.  I then cut it to layer on some cardstock I ink blended with mandarin spice ink.  I glued them to my card and added some sequins to match.

On my second card, I also used the leaves woodblock stamp.  I chose not to stamp the whole panel this time.  I used Catherine Pooler Eucalyptus ink for this one.

I also spritzed my panel with water and placed it in the same embossing folder but I made sure not to emboss the whole panel.  I then ink blended some Eucalyptus ink onto my panel.  I think it makes two different looks compared to my other card that I ink blended before going in the embossing folder with water. I ink blended some cardstock with eucalyptus ink and layered a different sentiment I had stamped from the woodblock stamps.  My panel was then glued to a A2 card base.  I added some sequins to match.  That finishes my 2 cards today.  I hope you like them.  I had fun making them.  Which card do you like better?

Supplies:
