Inspired By... Bracelets #IB400

 Hello everyone.  Happy Thursday. We have a New Challenge this week at Inspired By...Blog. Bracelets #IB400 and of course New color inspiration and a Card Sketch.

Let's Get Started:

I was inspired by the theme bracelets, the inspiration photo, and colors. I chose a Necklaces die set from Emily More Designs and cut out 3 of the dies with white, blue, and kraft cardstock. I cut them smaller, so they would look more like bracelets. I cut out some charms too also from Emily Moore Designs called Everyday Charms using charms like the smiley face, heart, and stars from the inspiration photo. My background was made with me doing the ink smooshing technique and water. I used regular cardstock not watercolor. Inks used were Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink, Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink, and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink. I just kept getting ink on my panel until I was happy with the results. I let it dry and continued with my bracelets.

I stamped a sentiment from the Special Kind of Charm stamp set also Emily Moore Designs with black ink on white cardstock. I fussy cut it out and then I glued all to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I think it's a fun card. I had so much fun!

{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party Day 8

 Hello everyone Today's the last day for the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026. I have had so much fun this week and I really enjoyed seeing all of your Holiday cards too. Let's Get Started:

I used our New Sponsor Stampingbella. I stamped Uptown Girl Wren and Her Wreath with Memento Tuxedo ink on white cardstock. I also stamped her dress using Sponsor Not 2 Shabby Shop Winter Love Paper Pack. It had been a while paper piecing. I colored the image with my Copic Markers and fussy cut around my image. I used a dark marker to clean up my fussy cutting lines and glued the fussy cut pattern paper dress onto the image.

Next, I used a scalloped rectangle die from Sponsor Unity Stamps Co. and cut blue faux glitter pattern paper for my background and cut some red faux glitter patter paper and a hearts pattern paper from the Not 2 Shabby Shop Winter Love Pattern Paper Pack. I stamped a sentiment from the Stampingbella stamp set on white cardstock with black ink and then fussy cut it out. I cut out a red cardstock panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I also picked out some ephemera from Not 2 Shabby Shop Valentine Critters for the tree and and pine with bow. All was glued to a A2 card base.  I didn't feel this card needed embellishments.  I had fun making this card.

Inspired by...Summer IB399

 Hello everyone.  I'm so excited to tell you all about the New challenge at Inspired by...Blog. The theme this week is Summer #IB399 and the colors and card sketch is oh so fun! 

Let's get started:

I was inspired by the theme Summer, Summer Tote, and the Colors!!! I used stencils (2)from Papertrey Ink called Beach Bag.  I used white cardstock with Pinkfresh Studio Ocean Breeze Ink Cube, Gina K Designs Sweet Corn ink cube, and Simon Says Stamp Latte.

I cut my background at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I ink blended a triangle die-cut one that I cut with my scissors. I folded the corner of my card and glued everything to a A2 card base tucking the triangle onto my card base before laying my panel down. 

Sentiments were stamped with Lawn Fawn Hippo ink using a Sizzix Stamp Daily Sentiments #2 and Pink & Main Stay Cool Stamp. I used the coording dies to layer 3 times from the Pink & Main stamp. Lastly, I added this cute Turtle Ephemera from Sweet & Playful Turtles by Not 2 Shabby Shop.

{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party Day 6

 Hello everyone. It's Day 6 for the {BYSHC} Christmas in July Linky Party. I whipped up a card. Hope you are doing well with your cards. We still have time.  Use Hashtag byshccij2026lp and graphic. All cards must be Christmas, Holiday, Winter, Hanukkah, etc.

Let's Get Started:

So I loved these sketches from the Not 2 Shabby Shop that I finally used one of the sketches. I used Card Sketch 4. I remember getting this paper pad last linky party because Not 2 Shabby is always a wonderful sponsor and Jamie had said if you order this paper pad called Deck The Owls she would send the ephemera with it.  So that's what I did and I'm so excited to use these products. 

I heat embossed with Simon Says Stamp Rose Gold embossing folder for my sentiment. It's hard to see on camera but it reads "Merry Christmas from the Family" this stamp is from a previous stamp of the Month called Merry Mail.  I used my paper trimmer to cut everything but my circles. I used Sponsor Lawn Fawn for the Scalloped Circle Stackables and Waffle Flower for the sentiment circle cut out with blue cardstock. I was going to put flowers like the sketch but I needed this owl on here. Cute right?  I had so much fun making this card. Another thing I used a white acrylic marker for faux stitching on my banner.  Don't forget {BYSHC} has card sketch 71 and you can win there too.

I have fun watercoloring this Die set given to me by one of my Crafty Friends. This die is on sale for $5 and from our Sponsor Pink & Main called Holly Days. I love it and for the word die Happy Holidays  too.  I die-cut the circle die set first with watercolor paper and then colored it in with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers in Cobalt Blue, Carmine Red, and Green. I had fun using my water brush dipping it into my water bown to control how much water I used. 

I cut the word die out with pattern paper from Sponsor Crafty Stamp Co. called Season of Giving. I also used more pattern paper for my background panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. All was glued to a A2 card base 4 1.4 x 5 1/2.  I embellished with some Pink & Main Silver Glossy Hearts and that finishes this card. Easy Peasy.

On my card today I used Sponsor Not 2 Shabby Shop.  I actually used Stickers from Sponsor Fresh & Renewed With Teresa called Teresa's Cozy Seasons Book Vol. 1.  I placed my stickers onto a A2 4 1/4 x 5 1/2  pink brown colored cardstock. I then ink blended with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink all over my panel. 

I stamped my sentiment also with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink using a stamp set called Christmas Critters Stamp that was from a Subscription. I then embellished with some sparkly enamel dots in Cutesy Halloween. I love this simple cute card. I love Gingerbread and lately I have loved stickers.  I hope you join us in getting your Holiday Cards completely Finished!

Another Holiday Card for {BYSHC} Sketch 71

 Hello everyone.  I have another Holiday card for {BYSHC} Card Sketch 71 and it's our annualChristmas in July Linky Party too.  We have so many amazing sponsors and A Colorful Life Designs is one of them and for this month too Card Sketch 71.  Good Luck and Have Fun!! Let's Get Started:

All cards must be Cards must be Christmas, Holiday, Winter. Hanukkah, etc.. 

I just love Card Sketch 71.  I used 2 stencils on my card Close Up Branches Stencil and Layered Mixed Wreath Stencil. I used Concord & 9th inks for my stencil inked on white cardstock.  Use VonFan10 to save.

After inking my stencils. I cut the close up branches to be 4 x 5 1/4 and I cut and matted my Layered Mixed Wreath background according to the card sketch 71. All were glued to a black cardstock layer 4 1 4 x 5 1/2 and then to a A2 card base. Sentiment strip is from my stash that reads strength and peace. Definitely needed during the Holidays.  I hope you join us for this months challenge and the Linky Party.
