{BYSHC} Has A New Card Sketch #67 For March 2026

 Hello everyone.  Happy March Yay. I'm so excited to have a Holiday card for {BYSHC} Card Sketch 67.  This sketch is a great one. I love this sketch and how you can use 2 squares and a sentiment and you're done. On my card, I used The Vintage Christmas Card Panels W/Bases & Envelopes from Pajama Crafter Stamps.  I love this set because the quality of the panels, A2 card bases, and envelopes is so good. So easy to make some gorgeous Holiday cards. I actually used 2 panels here from that bundle.  I used a square die to cut one out and layered it on silver glitter paper like the Card Sketch 67 and then cut the other panel to be 4 x 5 1/4 and layered it on gold glitter paper. I love how this card turned it.

My sentiment was stamped and heat embossed from the Citrus & Scarlet Blooms Stamps set with gold WOW embossing powder in Metallic Gold Rich. I then cut my sentiment according to the card sketch.  I then glued all to the A2 card base from the Vintage Christmas Set. So easy and I will have another card to share this month.  I hope you grab this set.  I love how this card turned it.

You Are Adored Gnome Girl Valentine's Card

 Hello everyone.  Happy Friday, I have a sweet Valentine card today.  I have been wanting to participate in the Tawny Owl Paperie Card Sketch  This sketch is #29. 

Isn't this Gnome Girl Digital Stamp Cute? This digital stamp is called Gnomie Love.  Crystal Minkler illustrated her.  I love it I think it's adorable.  I printed her out on white paper 100 pound and colored her with Copic markers and OLO Markers.  I then fussy cut her out.  

Next, on the same paper I ink blended the Lawn Fawn Lots of Hearts Background Stencil.  I used Catherine Pooler inks in Sugared Lavender and Tutti Frutti.  I love Layering Stencils.  I cut my background according to the sketch and since I had some leftover stenciled background I chose to use it again because I loved it so much.  I cut out gray and a pinkish colored papers and cut them for my mats according to the sketch.

I stamped a sentiment from a Spellbinders Advent Calendar 2024 with black ink and cut it out with a Spellbinders banner die also from the same Advent Calendar.  Everything was glued to a A2 card base and my Gnome girl takes the place of a circle or shape.  Lastly, I added some white gel pen accents and some glitter with my glitter pen.  Would you like to grab this free gnome digi?  She's perfect for Valentine's Day.  You must join the Tawny Owl Paperie FB Group and find out the details on how to get this cute digital stamp.

Another Holiday Card for BYSHC Sketch 46

 Hello everyone and Happy Friday.  I have another Holiday card for BYSHC Sketch 46.  It's a really fun sketch and you still have time to participate.  It's a great way to get your Holiday Cards finished early Lawn Fawn is our Sponsor this month and you can win a $25 GC.

Here is my card for the sketch:

I cut some pattern papers from a LDRS 6x6 Paper Pack according to the sketch measurements.  I used a Scalloped Stitched circle die from Kat Scrappiness.  I chose to use some Ephemera from a Journals for Life Kit so I used this cute Yetti.

I glued everything to a A2 kraft side folding card base.  I chose not to add a sentiment I liked the pattern paper said fa la la.  I can't wait to see your cards just upload them to the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers FB album.

BYSHC Sketch 41 for January 2024

 Hello everyone.  Happy New Year.  I cannot believe we are in 2024 now.  BYSHC has a brand New sketch starting today and you have the whole month to participate which I hope you do.  This Sketch 41 is so much fun.

So for my card using the sketch, I used red and white cardstock, and plaid pattern paper.  I cut my papers according to the sketch measurements.  I used a circle die and cut out some patter paper and white cardstock.

I used a candy cane die from Simon says Stamp that I cut out with red and white cardstock.  I glued everything to a A2 card base and added a sentiment from my stash.  I hope you like my card.  It was pretty easy.  I can't wait to see your cards using the New Sketch #41.  Just add your photos to the BYSHC FB group Album.

Christmastime Holiday Card for BYSHC Sketch 39

 Hello everyone.  I have another Holiday Card for BYSHC Sketch 39.  I hope you are enjoying the sketch as much as I am.  

On my card, I cut out red, white, and kraft cardstock according to the sketch.  I then cut out some pattern paper strips from scraps in my stash.  

I then used some Christmas Ephemera die-cuts from Pinkfresh Studio.  I glued everything to a gray A2 card base and lastly added some clear glaze to the lights, wreath, tree, and presents.  I also used my glitter pen to the bow for fun.  I hope you like my card using the sketch 39.  I hope you join us and upload your card to the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmaking FB album.

November Card Sketch of the Month

 Hello everyone.  The BYSHC Sketch 39 starts today.  It's a fun one and I hope you like it as much as I do.  By the way Happy November.

Sketch 39

On my card, I cut out my paper first using the sketch.  This is pattern paper 12x12 from a old paper pack from Michaels.  

I stamped this fun flamingo from the Stampingbella Flamingodeer Rubber Stamp.  I colored it in with my Copic Markers and fussy cut it out.  I glued everything to a A2 card base and glued a sentiment from my stash.  I added some subtle white gel accents with my gelly roll pen.  I hope you like my first card for the sketch.  I also hope you'll join us this month.  You have until Nov. 30.  Just upload to the FB group album.  There is also a prize.  I can't wait to see your cards using this sketch.

BYSH Cardmakers Sketch 38

 Hi everyone.  It's October which means there is a New BYSHC Sketch 38.  It's a great one like always.  Just in time to get your Holiday Card finished early for Christmas.

On my card for the Sketch 38 today.  I used a snowflake stencil from a Colorful Life Designs called Dotted Flakes and ink blended it with Faded Jeans Distress Oxide ink. (use VonFan10 to save 10% off your purchase at A Colorful Life Designs) I then cut my ink blended background according to the sketch.  I cut out pattern paper and used a circle die for pattern paper to finish my sketch design.

I stamped this snowman from Honey Bee Stamps Santa's Village stamp and colored it it with my copic markers.  I then fussy cut it out.  I stamped a sentiment and cut it out with my paper trimmer.  I then glued everything to a A2 card base.  I added some white gel accents with my white gel pen.  That finishes my card, I hope you like it.  I hope you use the new sketch for your Holiday projects.  You have until Oct.31 to submit your card in the FB group.

Beautiful Poinsettia Stencil-A Colorful Life Designs

I started out with off white cardstock cream like.  I placed my stencil over and ink blended with Catherine Pooler's Tutti Fritti ink for the red, and Tiara for the yellow center.  I then flicked some gold paint splatters onto my background.

I then cut my panel to 4 x 5.5 inches.  I stamped my sentiment with my Misti Stamping Platform and stamped a sentiment from the New Spread Love Stamp with Versafine black ink.  I glued my panel to a gray A2 card base and added some gems from Pinkfresh Studio.  That finishes my card, I hope you like it.

BYSHC Sketch Challenge 37

 Hi everyone.  I have another Holiday card for BYSHC Sketch 37 today.  This is such a fun sketch and I think you will find it easy too.  It makes a great design for your holiday cards.

On my card for the Sketch 37,  I chose to cut out some pattern papers from a old Christmas 12 x 12 Recollections Paper pack from Michaels.  Cutting my pattern paper using my paper trimmer according to the sketch was easy I think.  I hope you find it easy too.

I also used some Tim Holtz Christmas Ephemera to use as my elements to complete the sketch. I glued everything to a A2 card base.  So easy.  I hope you like my card.  I think I will be making more cards using this quick and easy sketch.  You can also win a prize just upload your card to the BYSHC FB group you have until September 31, 2023.

Merry And Bright

 Hello everyone.  I have another card for the BYSHC Sketch 36.  I think this is such a fun sketch for your Holiday cards.

On my card, I used the Spellbinders Christmas Tree Topiary Die Set.  I believe it was free with a purchase from Scrapbook.com when I got it.  I cut the dies out with green, red, and white cardstock. I also cut out some pattern papers from my stash and cut them out accordingly to the sketch 36.

I glued everything to a A2 card base and added a sentiment strip from my stash.

BYSH Cardmaking New August 2023 Card Sketch #36

 Hello everyone.  It's August which means there is a New Fun Sketch for BYSHC Sketch 36.  I know you'll love it like I do.

For my card I first cut my pattern papers accordingly to the New Sketch 36.  These pattern papers are from a Doodlebug paper pack from my stash.  I also ink blended some purple ink to white cardstock for one of my elements.  I had these cute Hello Bluebird critters colored up in my stamped images folder.  I love that these critters were ready for a card.

Next, I glued all my patter papers and critters to a A2 card base.  I had this sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio stamped and cut out in my sentiments box also ready to go.  I hope you like my card and join us this month and get a head start on some more holiday cards.
