Sending Smiles

Hello everyone.  I was so excited about this stencil called Wild Rings that's 6x9 from A Colorful Life Designs that I inked it up right away.  It was a Mid Month Motivation stencil not to long ago.  Which means it was on sale and hopefully you got it if not I would grab it still I love it. Use my coupon code VonFan10 to save 10% off your purchases.

On white cardstock, I used retired Wplus9 Old Gold Dye ink on white cardstock.  I ink blended my paper first and then laid my Wild Rings Stencil over my gold ink.  I then used Catherine Pooler Day Dream ink with my stencil.  I love how it came out it's so pretty.  Next, I cut out my background with a scalloped rectangle die from Unity Stamp Co.

I cut out a word and shadow die from Simon says Stamp that I cut out with colored and kraft cardstock.  It has a heart that goes in the word so fun.  I also used the Hello sunshine stamp from simon Says Stamp for the dots image and secondary sentiment that I stamped on kraft with black ink.  The dots image reminds me of washi tape.  I inked it up with black ink on my background.  I glued everything to a kraft A2 card base.  I popped up my secondary sentiment with a foam strip.  I then glued some card bling gold from A Colorful Life Designs.  I love how it came out.  Check out the Newest release here

Christmas in July Extra card for the Last Day

Hello everyone.  I managed to make an extra card for the BYSHC Christmas in July Linky Party. Today is the last day.  I wanted to use all the Amazing sponsors but of course that didn't happen.  I did have fun though and I hope you did too.  Use hashtag  #christmasinjuly2024byshclp

Okay, I tried to make a card like Jenni from the DT and I couldn't but I still think it came out cute.  I used 1/2 strips of pattern paper scraps.  I glued them to copy paper using Sponsor Therm o Web's liquid glue and then cut my strips again leaving white space in between my strips.  I cut them again and then glued them to white cardstock diagonally.  I still like all the reds pattern papers.  When I was done I cut out my background using Sponsor Unity Stamp Co. with a scalloped rectangle die.

I used a circle die from sponsor Waffle Flower using the same pattern papers I was working with.  I then used a bigger circle die with white cardstock to glue my pattern paper circle to.  I had these cute hamsters from retired Waffle Flower Coffee Shop Hamsters stamp set and coordinating die set colored up and cut out for me.  Makes me think of the red coffee cups from Starbucks.  I love Holiday coffees.  I glued everything to a A2 kraft card base.  I popped up a hamster and my sentiment strip using Taylored Expressions.  I added some red enamel dots and that finishes this card.

I inked it up with Barn Door Distress ink and Mowed Lawn Distress ink.  I then cut it out with a stitched rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp.

I layered my background with some black cardstock.  I stamped a sentiment from a Gina K Designs STAMPtember Collab stamp set with Simon Says Stamp called Shimmering Snowflakes with black ink onto my panel.  I then glued it to a green A2 card base.  I glued these cute snowman dimensional stickers from my stash to my card.  Hello Friends.  Whimsy Stamps has a Amazing IG Hop going on for Christmas in July and there is a Sale on Digital Products.  Come Hop with us for a chance to win and some amazing inspiration using Digital Stamps.

Whimsy Stamps Products Used:

❤️Cinnamon and Reindeer Digital Stamp

💚Holly Frame Die Set

❤️Christmas Around The World Stamp

I had so much fun using this cute Cinnamon and Reindeer Digital Stamp.  Whimsy Stamps has some adorable digital stamps. I colored using my alcohol markers and Prismacolor pencils. I have a video coming on Saturday using another cute digital stamp.

I used the New Holly Frame die set in white and I love it.  It comes with berries, leaves, and bows.  I colored my berries and leaves to match Cinnamon.  I then stamped in black ink the sentiment and fussy cut it out from Christmas Round The World Stamp set.  I glued everything to a white A2 card base and popped up my sentiment.  I added a few white gel accents.

Christmas in July Linky Party Extra Christmas Card

Hello everyone.  I have another card for the BYSHC Christmas in July Linky Party Day 7.  Today is almost the last day and I may still be able to get another one finished.  I hope you were able to achieve some Holiday cards for the Linky Party.  Use hashtag #christmasinjuly2024byshclp

I used Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs for my card as well as a square die from New Sponsor Waffle Flower.  I had the Joyful Christmas Ride Digital Kit printed out for me already probably from the previous Linky Party or a previous sale.  It was printed on watercolor paper so I colored it in with a Altenew paint pan set.  I had fun watercoloring.  I then cut it out with a square die from Waffle Flower Nesting Additional Square Dies

I found some pattern paper in my stash and glued everything to a A2 card base.  I tied a  twine bow and glued some sequins.  It was pretty easy and fun.  And another card to add to my stash.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Holiday Wreath Builder stamp set with black ink.  I cut out the Santa Silhouette die which is new to me with black cardstock.  I glued my die-cut to my card and that finishes this card.  Easy Peasy. Yay.  I love how easy it was and it's flat for my envelope so no extra postage.

Christmas in July Challenges

Hello everyone.  I've been having so much fun with Christmas in July.  Did you know Kat Scrappiness has a challenge going on? It's a fun one pick 3 Parameters.  And there is 2 winners so great.

And A Amazing Sale.  Kat Scrappiness Ships Fast too.

So for my Holiday Card I created a simple card that would be great to batch or mass produce.  This challenge is so much fun you pick 3 parameters and there is 2 bug prizes.  You should definitely check it out.

For my 3 Parameters:

I used Mainly Red and Green, Holiday Tree (Christmas Tree), and a Focal Sentient

I die cut my background using a Embossed Edge Rectangle die with the Starlight Jewel Remixed 6x6 Paper pack.  I used the Brush Christmas Tree with white and green paper and glued them together. I ink blended the green tree with Lucky Clover Distress ink to make it a slight darker.  I cut out the Jingle all The Way Craft Word Die with a solid red pattern paper from the Magical Memories 6x6 paper pad.  I also cut it out with the green paper.  I glued them together.  I also cut out the star from the Brush Christmas tree using the same red solid pattern paper.

I glued everything to a White Side Folding A2 card base.  I didn't add embellishments because it might be 4 parameters if I did and the challenge is for 3.  Although I might have more on my card lol.  I love how it came out. Good luck with the challenge.  You can link your card on the KS Blog here

Supplies:

Brushed Christmas Tree Craft Die

Embossed Edge Rectangle Craft Dies

Jingle All The Way Craft Die

Starlight Jewel Remixed 6x6 Paper Pad

Magical Memories 6x6 Paper Pad

Black Detailed Blending Brush

Christmas in July Linky Party Day 5

Hello everyone.  Can you believe it's Day 5 for the BYSHC Christmas in July Linky Party?  Only a few days left so I hope you join us.  We have some amazing sponsors.  Use graphic and hashtag #christmasinjuly2024byshclp so we can comment on your projects.

For my Holiday card today I used sponsors Twiddlers Nook and Therm O Web.  I started out by finding some embellishments from Twiddlers Nook and I liked these trees.  So I found some pattern paper with trees and a stamp image with a tree.  I chose this cute STAMPtember set collab with Mama Elephant and Simon Says Stamp called Capy Holidays.  I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo ink and colored them in with my Copic Markers.  I then fussy cut my images out.

I had some Therm O Web Reverse Polka Dot foil in my stash so I glued it to a 4 x 51/4 cardstock with my pattern paper.  I love to make infinity shaker cards.  I used a A2 sleeve and taped it as tight as I could around my panel of pattern paper and foiled background using a tape runner.  I then slipped in my tree clay embellishments and sealed it some more with my tape runner.  I then glued my shaker to a A2 card base.  I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp set on white cardstock with black ink.  I cut it to fit my card and popped up my sentiment and images with a foam tape roll from Therm O Web.  I think it came out cute.
