Blender Smoothie Critter Card

Hello there!  I'm back with a fun card using Lawn Fawn.  I've been wanting to use some New to me Lawn Fawn products.  The Lawn Fawnatics Challenge seemed like a great challenge to enter.  So, this is a Bingo Board Challenge #195  Super Fun.  Without Further Ado Let's get to my card.

I chose to do a row across with the Stencil, Heart, Patterned Paper, Lawn Cuts, and Stamp.  I started off with white cardstock and ink blended the Lots Of Hearts Background Stencils.  I used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide and Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink to match my banana and strawberry.

I then put my blender together using Build A Drink Blender Add On and Gotta Have Gingham in Dorothy 12 x 12 patterned paper. Black glossy cardstock and white cardstock were also used.  I colored the white pieces with copic markers like my banana, and strawberry and leaf from Build A Drink Cocktail die set.  I also colored the blender feet, and blender knobs.  I made it a shaker with cutting out a few blenders and some recycled packaging.  I also added some clay grapes and sequins.

I cut out my ink blended background with the largest die from the Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.  I cut out a smaller rectangle using Fruit Salad Berry Cute Paper 12 x 12.  I then stamped the cute bunny and smoothie images with Memento Tuxedo ink from the treat card add on stamp set.  I colored them in with my copic markers and fussy cut them out. I also stamped one sentiment on a copic colored  speech bubble with black ink from the Reveal Wheel Thought Bubble Add On dies.  Another sentiment was stamped and cut out as a fishtail banner.

Everything was glued to a coordinating card base that measures 6 1/4 x 5.  I popped up the inner speech bubble, bunny and smoothie, and banner sentiment.  I added some white gel pen accents and that finishes this card.  I had so much fun with this challenge and Lawn fawn products.  I am a smoothie drinker how about you?  I love strawberries and bananas with blueberries.  I also love a good tropical smoothie too using pineapple.

Celebrate Your day

Hello.  I have a Birthday card today for the current Color Hues Challenge #107 Orange and Teal.  I went with a Birthday card as I can never can have too many of those.  I'm also on a roses card quick lately.

On my card today, I used a Sizzix Layering stencil called Watercolor Roses.  There are 4 stencils.  On white cardstock 110 pounds I used Pinkfresh Studio ink in Mermaid Cove for my first stencil.  Next, I used Pinkfresh Studio Peach Fuzz, Pinkfresh Studio Apricot, and Pinkfresh Studio Clementine inks.  I then cut down my cardstock to be 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 using a stiched rectangle die from Lawn Fawn.

I stamped and heat embossed my sentiments from Sizzix Daily sentiments #2 stamp with Versafine onyx ink and clear embossing powder.  I fussy cut the larger sentiment and cut the other using my small paper trimmer.  I adhered them to my card using foam tape.  My panel was then glued to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  Lastly, I added a few clear drops.  I had so much fun making this card.  I love color challenges they are a lot of fun.

I Truly Appreciate You!

Hello everyone. I Truly Appreciate You, It's True.  I definitely should say that more.  I have a card I made using Pinkfresh Studio.  I have been wanting to use the Blooming Vines Set for awhile and today was the day. Yay!

I had so much fun using this set.  I started out using the Rubber background Stamp.  I placed some Neenah 110lb paper A2 size into my Misti Stamping Platform and stamped this background stamp with black ink.  I'm sure it would look amazing embossed too. I will have yo give it a try next time.

I love that it has coordinating stencils because I was done in no time.  There are 4 stencils.  I used them in order with Concord & 9th ink cubes.  I started out with Parsley, Evergreen, Poppy, and Cranberry.  So pretty.  I used small blending brushes.

Next, I used the Coordinating die that cuts everything out at once..So good.  Once I had all my pieces, I arranged them onto a A2 Neenah 110 lb. panel with foam strips.  I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from another Pinkfresh Stdio stamp set that is retired called Thankful For Friends.  I cut the sentiment to fit and adhered it with a foam strip. Next, I glued it to my A2 110 lb. card base.

To finish my card I embellished with some Emerald City Gems from Pinkfresh Studio and used my glitter pen to glitter my florals.  I love how it came out.

Life is Short Spoil Your Dog

Hello everyone.  Happy Wednesday.  I have my last card sample for May for A Colorful Life Designs.  It's my favorite of the samples I made.  Use Code VonFan10 to save 10% off your purchases.

On this card, I used the New Dotted Lines 6x6 Stencil and the Frolicking Dog 6x9 Stencil.

I had so much fun making this card.  It's a layering stencil in one.  I started out using white 110 pound paper.  I used the Dotted Lines Stencil with Catherine Pooler Be Mine ink.  It's a really neat stencil, great for any occasion.

Next, I used yellow paper about 65 pounds.  I ink blended with inks Catherine Pooler samba, Catherine Pooler Grass Skirt, Catherine Pooler Suede Shoes, Catherine pooler Limoncello, Catherine Pooler be Mine, Distress ink Tea Dye, and Distress ink in Black Soot.  Then you have a dog frolicking with flowers, greenery, and butterflies.

I then cut my Dotted Lines Background to be smaller than A2 size.  I glued it to a A2 card base.  I cut out my Frolicking Dog background with a oval die.  I adhered my oval with foam tape to my card.  I added a sentiment strip from my stash by Taylored Expressions.  I love that saying as I have a spoiled dog.  I love the 2 stencils I used.  I hope you like my card.  I had a lot of fun making it.  Check out the Newest release here
