Ice Cream Cones!

Hello everyone.  I have a card today for the current Inspired by...Challenge Ice Cream Cones.  Without further ado, here is my card.

I love ice cream cones don't you? Yum I think I may get some today. I love chocolate and nuts.  Brownies are good too. I love cones but I do sometimes get ice cream in a cup it's saves me from a dripping mess LOL.  I used Maggie Holmes Carousel Ephemera for this card today.  I think it's fun and I love the colors.  I did not use the sketch this time, I do think it's a fun sketch.

My white panel that was cut out with my paper trimmer is 4 x 5 1/4.  I glued everything to a pink A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I love how happy this card is and it was super simple to put together YAY. I hope I inspired you to try this challenge.

You Make The World Go Round

Hello everyone.  I have my last card sample for A Colorful Life Designs August Release.  I cannot wait to share September's release.  You are going to love it.  Use VonFan10 to save at checkout.  Master Creator Bundles no code Needed.  Without further ado here is my card.

On this card I used The New Mid Century Star Balls 6x6 Stencil.  It is so pretty and reminded me of the Fair.  I think it's also great for a Independence day Card.  What would you use it for?  On Hammermill cardstock 100 pounds I used Concord & 9th inks in Cranberry, Midnight, and Stardust inks.  I cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4.  I think this background has a Vintage feel.

Next, I stamped a carousel from hero Arts Ornate Carousel Stamp with Memento ink. This is a older stamp from a Monthly My Hero Kit.  I colored the carousel in with my Copic and OLO markers.  I fussy cut it out.  I also stamped a sentiment from the same stamp.  I attached my background panel to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 with a craft foam sheet smaller than my panel.  I popped up my carousel with foam tape and glued my sentiment with liquid glue.  I embellished with some pretty blue card bling.  I love how it came out.  You can check out the New Release here.  I will be back with September's Release real soon. Crafty Hugs 💗

You're Berry Sweet!

Hello everyone.  I have a card today for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #203 Fun with Food.  Without Further ado here is my card.

I had so much fun using Strawberries for my card.  My main motivation was the Strawberry cupcake.  I love Cupcakes and I would never say No to a Strawberry cupcake.  Would You?  I started my card by  cutting out my cupcake using the Stitched Cupcake die set with Watercolor Wishes Paper Pad 6x6. I cut out the strawberry from the die set using red cardstock and the green pattern paper from the Watercolor Wishes paper pad. I cut out my scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Rectangle Stackables using white cardstock.

These cute mice and Strawberry images are from the Berry Special Stamp and coordinating dies.  I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo ink on Neenah Solar White 110 pounds.  I colored my images with Copic markers. I also stamped a sentiment in the cute sign. I then stamped a sentiment onto my scalloped rectangle from the Sweetest Flavor Stamp set with black ink.

Next, I put my card together.  I layered my scalloped rectangle onto some red pattern paper from Doodlebug Design.  Everything was glued with liquid glue to a pink A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I ink blended the scalloped rectangle with a little ink from Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink pad.  That finishes my card I had so much fun using Lawn Fawn and I loved this challenge.

Another Holiday Card for {BYSHC} Card Sketch 60

Hello everyone.  I'm back with another Holiday card for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers {BYSHC} Sketch 60.  I hope you are loving the sketch. I love the options of adding any shape and 3 or 4 paper scraps.  Unity Stamps is our sponsor this month for a $25 GC. So great.  Without further ado here is the sketch and my card.

I went with snowflake theme and I loved this red pattern paper from a Michaels 12 x12 Sugarplum paper pack.  I also used white cardstock and cut out a white snowflake from a Spellbinders DOM Nov 19 Kaleidoscope Snowflake die set.

I glued everything to a A 2 card base.  My pattern paper was matted on red cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I stamped a sentiment from Penny Black Snowflake Season Stamp set on a white strip with Versafine Onyx ink.  I love how this card came out and I really love this card sketch 60.  How to join? link up your card in our FB Group.  There is a album for sketch 60.  Good Luck!!

So Blessed We Are Inky Friends

Hello everyone.  I have a card to share using A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release.  Do you love stencils? They are so much fun to work with and I just love them.  Don't forget to use VonFan10 at checkout.  Master Creator Bundles no code needed as those are already marked down.  Without further ado here is my card.

On my card I used the New Mid Century Banners Stencil 6x6.  I love this design.  This stencil reminds me of trees too and you can use it for Christmas and add ornaments or keep it simple. You can add little messages in the banners.  That is a couple of ideas I'm sure there is a lot more.  I chose to keep my card simple.  I used white cardstock and I ink blended in inks Catherine Pooler SeaFoam, Catherine Pooler Polished, Catherine Pooler Shea Butter, and Catherine Pooler Stone Blue in the Minis.

I used a stited rectangle die from LDRS and cut my background out.  Since I had leftover stenciled paper I cut a border for the inside of my card.

I stamped my sentiment from Hero Arts Stamped Just For You Stamp with black ink.  I then glued my rectangle to a A2 Card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I added some Silver Metallic Card Bling and that finishes this card.  I had so much fun with this card.  I hope you check out the New Release here.

It's Okay To Take A Break

Hello I have a card today for the Inspired By...Desktop Challenge IB349.  I love the colors and sketch this week.  I chose to use a stamp and die that's been in my stash for centuries lol.  Well you get it it's been awhile and I needed to finally use this set from Mama Elephant.  Without further ado here is my card.

On my card I used Mama Elephant It's Okay Stamp and Coordinating die set. I stamped all my images on Neenah Solar White 110 pounds with Memento Tuxedo ink.  I then colored everything in with my Copic Markers.  I was going for pastels like the Challenge photo.  I then cut everything out with the coordinating dies.

I cut out a white cardstock panel 4 x 5 1/4 and started designing where I wanted my images. I laid them down a few different times.  I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp and removed my images so they didn't get ink on them.

Next, I glued my images according to the sketch and then glued my card panel to a gray A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I think it came out so cute and I love the white space as that is usually hard for me.  If you know me, I usually grab pattern papers or stencils for my backgrounds.  I hope I inspired you to try this challenge, try something new, or maybe take a break.  It's definitely okay. Hugs. 💗

Hello everyone.  I have a card to share using A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release.  Always remember when shopping use my code to save you money VonFan10.  Without further ado here is my card.

This New stencil is called Atomic Strands and I chose to use it as a Christmas Background because that's what it looked great for.  What would you use it for? Another idea that came to mind was Space. Maybe next time. So on white cardstock I ink blended the strands in Concord & 9th Cranberry, Evergreen, and Stardust ink cubes.  I then cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4.  I glued it to a red A2 card panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

I had these sentiment strips in my stash using Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Stamp Christmas and Simple Strips Die.  I then added some card bling in Metallic Gold. Everything was glued to a white A2 card base.  I love how this Christmas card turned out.  It was be great to batch a bunch for the Holidays.  I hope you grab this stencil.
