Inspired by...Daisies #IB392

 Hello everyone.  Today starts a New challenge for the Inspired By Blog #IB392. The theme this week is Daisies. And a New card sketch with inspiration colors. So fun!!! This challenge runs for almost a week. Every Thursday starts a New Challenge.

Let's Get Started:

Can you tell how I was Inspired?  I love the theme, colors, and card sketch.  I really love this weeks challenge. I feel like this is a great card to mass produce.

I took a piece of of white cardstock and used Black Soot Distress Oxide ink and rubbed my ink pad down my white panel. I love the streaks. I then used Fired Brick Distress Oxide ink, Peacock Feather Distress Oxide ink, and Catherine Pooler Sauna ink and did the same ink. I then grabbed my blending brushes and inked over those areas.

Next, I grabbed my Layer It Daisy Die from Taylored Expressions.  I cut all 3 dies out with white cardstock. I inked the center with CP Sauna ink. I used a flower die from my stash and used the stem that was cut out with white cardstock, and inked it with Spruce ink from Catherine Pooler.

My background was cut to 4 x 5 1/4. I glued everything to a Gray A2 top folding cardbase 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I stamped a sentiment from Concord & 9th with black ink onto my card.  I used a black pen sharpie and  inked my sentiment where ist didn't stamp properly and that finishes this card.

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas Linky Party Day 8

 Hello everyone.  It's our last day of the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas Linky Party.  I had so much fun I hope you did too and maybe your still getting in your last cards you still have time.  I have loved seeing everyone's Holiday projects. All cards {or tags} must be Christmas, Hanukkah, Yuletide, wintry, etc. Use the graphic and hashtag #byshcsic2026lp in your social media posts.

How about clean and simple?  I used Sponsors Crafty Stamp Co., Taylored Expressions, and A Colorful Life Designs.  I first colored this cute little Yeti from Crafty Stamp Co. Yeti For Winter stamp set.  I had been wanting to use this stamp set.  I may color up some more they are just too cute.  I stamped him on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I colored him with my copic markers and fussy cut him out.  I used some Stampin' up Snowfall Accents Puff Paint for his pom pom.

On a white cardstock panel 4  1/4 x 5 1/2, I used Sponsor Taylored Expressions 6x6 Layering stencil Winter Wonder for just the snowflakes. It has 4 stencils which is nice.  I used Catherine Pooler inks in Sugared Lavender and Stone Blue.  I then stamped a sentiment with Memento Tuxedo black ink from the same stamp set. I love the different options.  You can use cocoa too.  I popped up my Yeti with foam tape and added him and my panel to a A2 card base.  I embellished with some Card Bling from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs.  I had fun with this card.  I used sponsors this week I wish I could of used more of them. I had fun though.

On my Mini Slimline card today, I used Sponsors Pink & Main, Kat Scrappiness, Lawn Fawn, Taylored Expressions, Therm O Web, and Twiddlers Nook.

I started out with Taylored Expressions Mini Slim Diagonal Stripes Cutting Plate.  I used this die with Kat Scrappiness red colored Faux Glitter Paper from the Glitter Galore Paper Pack 6x6. That's one of my favorite faux glitter paper packs. I also used this die 4-5 times with scrap cardstock to have enough room to make a shaker card.  I used acetate packaging from my stash and used these cute pink and red peppermint clay pieces from Twiddlers Nook.  I glued all to a pre-made Taylored Expressions Mini Slimline card base in Sugar Cookie cardstock.

How cute are these critters?  They are from Pink & Main's Stamp of The Month September 2025.  I stamped them on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo ink using my stamping platform and my Pressure pal from twiddlers Nook.  I colored them with my markers and then used the coordinating dies and my tape from Therm O Web to cut them out.  I also stamped a sentiment and cut it out with my paper trimmer.  I then used my foam tape from Therm O Web to pop my critters and sentiment up.  I love how it came out.

With Love At Christmastime

 Hello everyone.  I have a card to share using A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release.  Always remember when shopping use my code to save you money VonFan10.  Without further ado here is my card.

This New stencil is called Atomic Strands and I chose to use it as a Christmas Background because that's what it looked great for.  What would you use it for? Another idea that came to mind was Space. Maybe next time. So on white cardstock I ink blended the strands in Concord & 9th Cranberry, Evergreen, and Stardust ink cubes.  I then cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4.  I glued it to a red A2 card panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

I had these sentiment strips in my stash using Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Stamp Christmas and Simple Strips Die.  I then added some card bling in Metallic Gold. Everything was glued to a white A2 card base.  I love how this Christmas card turned out.  It was be great to batch a bunch for the Holidays.  I hope you grab this stencil.

You Make My Heart Happy

 Hello my friends I have a Clean And Simple card today using A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release.  Use VonFan10 to save.  Without further ado here is my card.

I used the New Bauhaus Fluid Shapes Stencil.  It's so much fun.  I wanted to use some primary colors for this card.  I used Concord & 9th inks in Poppy, Marmalade, Buttercup, and Clover on white cardstock 110 pounds.  I used a scalloped rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp to cut my background out.

Next, I glued my scalloped background panel to a red A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I have some sentiment strips in my stash from Taylored Expressions so I glued one to my card.  I then embellished with some Metallic Silver card bling and that finishes my card.  So easy and fun.

Mini Slimline Card Using Bauhaus Stencil From A Colorful Life Designs

 Hello everyone.  I have a card today using the New Bauhaus Stencil 6x6 from A Colorful Life Designs Newest Release.  Use VonFan10 to save.  Without further ado here is my card.

I chose to make a Mini Slimline card for today.  I love Slimline cards especially Mini Slimline cards.  How about you? I love this New Bauhaus 6x6 Stencil that I used on white cardstock 110 pounds.  I ink blended this stencil with Hero Arts Summer Sky ink with Berry Smoothie ink.  I love these 2 colors together I think it looks like a berry smoothie and I want one of those right now LOL.  I cut my background and matted it on a longer light purple textured strip of cardstock.  My card base is a premade one from Taylored Expressions and it's 3 x 6 in size.

My sentiment was stamped and heat embossed using Birch Press Design Contempo Stamp and coordinating die.  I used Versamark ink and embossing powder from Taylored Expressions.  I glued everything to my card base and popped up my sentiment with foam squares from Simon Says Stamp.  I added some pretty Crystal Iris Card bling from A Colorful Life Designs.  That finishes my card I love how it came out.  I hope you check out the New Release.

Another Fun Dad Card And Not Just For Father's Day

 Hello everyone.  I have a card today for Dads.  Father's Day is around the corner and this New Stencil is perfect for a Dad and not just for Father's Day either.  I used A Colorful Life Designs New Release and feel free to use my code anytime VonFan10 except on Master Creator Bundles.

This New fun Stencil is called Love You Dad that's 6x6 and is perfect for a A2 size card 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I chose some gold colored cardstock I believe it's Stardust from Concord & 9th.  I had cut it before inking it so it's 4 x 5 1/4.  I used Catherine Pooler Juniper Mist, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint Scrub.  I inked the letters randomly.  Fun right? Some of the ink smeared but I didn't mind.  You can have kids use this stencil for a fun homemade card for DAD.

Next, I layered my background onto some red cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I then glued to a A2 card base.  I used a Taylored Expressions sentiment strip from my stash.  I felt no embellishments were needed on this card.  I had fun making this card.  I hope you grab this stencil and others Shop Here .  Code up above.

Day 6 For The Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Spring Into Christmas Linky Party

 Hello everyone can you believe there is only a few days left to join in the fun for the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Spring Into Christmas Linky Party? I always get sad when it ends because it's so much fun.  Don't you agree? On my card today, I chose to use returning sponsor Taylored Expressions.  I love this Seasonal Sprig Rubber Stamp.  On white cardstock 100 pound 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 I inked it up with Memento Tuxedo black in and colored it in with my Copic Markers.  I find it easy to color which I love.  I then splattered it with white paint.

Next, I added a red crinkled ribbon bow and red gems.  My Sprig was then added to a A2 card base.  I stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set with black ink on white cardstock and then fussy cut it out.  Blue residue ink from my blending brush was inked around the sprig. It's very subtle and easier to see in person. I love how easy this card was.

Ringed Daisy Cards using A Colorful Life Designs

Hello everyone.  I have some floral cards and I'm using a New Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs New May 2025 Release.  Use my code VonFan10 to save on your purchases. You just can't use code on Master Creator Bundles as those are marked down at 20 percent. This New Release has something for everyone and I'm really loving the floral stencils as well as the Graduation Stencils.   Without further ado lets's get to my card.

I decided to make 2 cards using the New Ringed Daisy 6x9 Stencil.  I just couldn't help it!

This was my first card.  I started out with white cardstock A2 size 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I began inking my card with Catherine Pooler Pink Champagne using the stencil to show m which way the daisies curved.  I knew I was going to place the stencil over the inked areas.  Next, I inked the stencil with Catherine Pooler Rouge and Rose Petals.  I turned the stencil to angle the ink on the bottom of my panel.  I inked the centers with Catherine Pooler Sauna ink.

I glued my background to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and added a sentiment strip from my stash by Taylored Expressions with foam tape.  I used some opal colored card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs to finish this card.

On my 2nd card, I used the same ink colors except I added Catherine Pooler All That Jazz ink to it.  I used the other floral included on this stencil.  So great you get 2 florals, it's like getting 2 stencils.  I added 2 sentiment strips this time popping them up with foam tape and made it a Mother's Day card. 

I used a A2 card base and embellished with some pretty aqua card bling from A Colorful Life Designs.  I hope you grab this stencil you will not be disappointed.  So that finishes these 2 cards that I love how they came out using the New Ringed Daisy Stencil.
