Blender Smoothie Critter Card

Hello there!  I'm back with a fun card using Lawn Fawn.  I've been wanting to use some New to me Lawn Fawn products.  The Lawn Fawnatics Challenge seemed like a great challenge to enter.  So, this is a Bingo Board Challenge #195  Super Fun.  Without Further Ado Let's get to my card.

I chose to do a row across with the Stencil, Heart, Patterned Paper, Lawn Cuts, and Stamp.  I started off with white cardstock and ink blended the Lots Of Hearts Background Stencils.  I used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide and Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink to match my banana and strawberry.

I then put my blender together using Build A Drink Blender Add On and Gotta Have Gingham in Dorothy 12 x 12 patterned paper. Black glossy cardstock and white cardstock were also used.  I colored the white pieces with copic markers like my banana, and strawberry and leaf from Build A Drink Cocktail die set.  I also colored the blender feet, and blender knobs.  I made it a shaker with cutting out a few blenders and some recycled packaging.  I also added some clay grapes and sequins.

I cut out my ink blended background with the largest die from the Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.  I cut out a smaller rectangle using Fruit Salad Berry Cute Paper 12 x 12.  I then stamped the cute bunny and smoothie images with Memento Tuxedo ink from the treat card add on stamp set.  I colored them in with my copic markers and fussy cut them out. I also stamped one sentiment on a copic colored  speech bubble with black ink from the Reveal Wheel Thought Bubble Add On dies.  Another sentiment was stamped and cut out as a fishtail banner.

Everything was glued to a coordinating card base that measures 6 1/4 x 5.  I popped up the inner speech bubble, bunny and smoothie, and banner sentiment.  I added some white gel pen accents and that finishes this card.  I had so much fun with this challenge and Lawn fawn products.  I am a smoothie drinker how about you?  I love strawberries and bananas with blueberries.  I also love a good tropical smoothie too using pineapple.

Color Hues Challenge with A Butterfly Card

Hello there I have a Butterfly card today for the current Color Hues Challenge #108 Again I thought these colors were so fun as they are my favorite to work with.  I was still thinking though what can I make with mostly those colors?

Since Today is Earth Day I think this Butterfly ties in well.  I used the Spellbinders Pop Up Butterfly die by Bibi Cameron that has been in my stash FOREVER.  Can you relate? I love butterflies and I think they can be perfect for any Occasion.

I started out with cutting out the wings and body using white cardstock 110 pounds. I then ink blended my wings with Simon Says Stamp ink cube in High Dive.  I then cut out the abdomen with pattern paper from Spellbinders Under The Sea Magic 6x6 Paper Pack.  The abdomen was colored with a W9 Copic marker.

Next, I put my butterfly together using liquid glue.  I ink blended the butterfly in the center with Simon Says Stamp Hot Mama ink cube.  My rectangle was cut with the same paper pack using Spellbinders Essentual Rectangle dies.  Flowers were cut out from a Spellbinders DOM Jan 2023 with white cardstock.  I ink blended them to match and added some subtle yellow Copic marker Y11 for the centers.  I ink blended my rectangle pattern paper a bit with High Dive ink cube.  I cut out a strip of the lilac pattern paper and glued everything to a A2 card base.

My sentiment was stamped with black ink on white cardstock using Hero Arts Journal Messages Stamp that I cut into a strip and added with a foam strip.  Lastly, I added a couple white gel pen accents.  That finishes my card.  I had fun with this card.  Thank you for taking a peek.

Celebrate Your day

Hello.  I have a Birthday card today for the current Color Hues Challenge #107 Orange and Teal.  I went with a Birthday card as I can never can have too many of those.  I'm also on a roses card quick lately.

On my card today, I used a Sizzix Layering stencil called Watercolor Roses.  There are 4 stencils.  On white cardstock 110 pounds I used Pinkfresh Studio ink in Mermaid Cove for my first stencil.  Next, I used Pinkfresh Studio Peach Fuzz, Pinkfresh Studio Apricot, and Pinkfresh Studio Clementine inks.  I then cut down my cardstock to be 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 using a stiched rectangle die from Lawn Fawn.

I stamped and heat embossed my sentiments from Sizzix Daily sentiments #2 stamp with Versafine onyx ink and clear embossing powder.  I fussy cut the larger sentiment and cut the other using my small paper trimmer.  I adhered them to my card using foam tape.  My panel was then glued to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  Lastly, I added a few clear drops.  I had so much fun making this card.  I love color challenges they are a lot of fun.

I love the colors Pink, Green, and Brown.  I love florals and I love them a lot more than I use to.  I first started out with Altenew Build A Flower: Bellaroma Hybrid Tea Rose Layering Stamp and Die Set.  I think it's so pretty, I love these roses.  I first stamped a few roses on Neenah 110 pound cardstock with Versafine Clair ink in Nocturne.  I used inks from Concord & 9th like Ballet Slipper, and Honeysuckle.  I also used Hero Arts Taffy ink and Altenew Caramel Toffee.

Next, I stamped the leaves in Versafine ink Nocturne, Concord & 9th Parsley, Altenew Silver Sage, and Catherine Pooler Lime Rickey.  I used the coordinating die to cut the leaves out.  On a white Neenah 110 panel I ink blende it with Altenew Caramel Toffee ink with a blending brush and then used the Altenew Circular Elements die using the largest die to add something extra to my panel.

Lastly, I glued my flowers and leaves to my panel and then everything to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I used the Altenew Simple Greetings die set for my sentiment the hello and shadow die with Neenah 110 and ink blended with Altenew Caramel Toffee ink and Hero Arts Taffy ink.  I glued them together and popped it up with foam tape.  That finishes my card.  I had a so much fun making this card.  Thank you Altenew and Amy Rysavy for a fun challenge.

Uniquely Unity By ANG Blossomgram Card

Hello I have a floral card today using Unity Stamp Co, I love Unity stamp Co.  I recently signed up for the Uniquely Unity by ANG Membership.  So, I hope to share more Unity Stamp Co. with you.

I'm using the March kit and it's this pretty Blossomgram Rubber stamp and lovely sentiment.  I love how large this stamp is too.  I stamped and heat embossed the image on Hammermill cardstock 100 pound with WOW In The Navy embossing Powder. I love the navy embossing powder.  I had not embossed with it for a long time.
I colored the image with my alcohol markers mostly Copic markers and OLO Markers.  I went for a bright pink envelope. I have some in my stash so, this one might get mailed in one of those envelopes to match.

I fussy cut around the image.  I then chose to play around with my sprays for my backgrounds.  On one piece of white cardstock 110 pounds I spritz it with Distress Spritz in Picked Raspberry and Dina Wakley Lime Spray.  I let it dry and on another sheet sprayed Distress Mica Stain in Winterberry.  It kinda looks green but in person its bluish.  I let that piece dry and stamped my sentiment from the stamp set using Concord & 9th Midnight ink.  I cut my sentimen t with my paper trimmer.  I flicked some drops onto my Blossomgram image using Distress Spray Stain in Picket Fence.

I used Unity Stamp Co. Scallops and Rectangles Nesting Dies and Deckle and Stitches Nesting Dies to cut out my spritz backgrounds.  I also used a smaller die from the Deckle set to layer with my sentiment using navy cardsock 65 pounds.  I glued my card together to a A2 card base.  I popped up the Blossomgram image with and sentiment with foam tape.

I love how my card came out and I'm excited to receive Aprils kit.
