Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Falling For The Holidays Day 2

Hello everyone.  I have another Holiday card to share for the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Falling for the Holidays Linky Party.  Today is Day 2.  We have some Amazing sponsors and inspiration.  Your Cards must be Christmas, Winter, Hanukkah, yuletide, etc.  Use Hashtag #fallingfortheholidays2024byshclp and use graphiic so we can see your cards.

For my card today, I used Sponsor Lawn Fawn Gingerbread Friends Die Set.  I love Gingerbread, don't you?  I'm not a huge fan of eating anything gingerbread but I do love to paper craft with them.  My motivation was this cute gingerbread pattern paper from Joanns.  I put my gingerbreads together using kraft paper and then I inked the edges of the gingerbread with Vintage Photo Distress oxide ink.  I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from Lawn fawn A Creature was Stirring with Sponsor Gina K Designs white ink pigment and white embossing powder on kraft paper.  I then cut my sentiment out with a banner die also from Lawn Fawn.

I cut out some red paper and glued everything to a A2 card base. My sentiment and gingers are popped up with sponsor Therm O Web's giant roll of foam tape.  I chose no embellishments for this one.  I had fun making this card.

Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Falling For The Holidays Day 1

Hello everyone.  I'm so happy we are in October and I'm so excited for Falling For The Holidays 2024 Linky party. Today is Day 1 and I have a Holiday card to share. We have so many wonderful sponsors and Fabulous prizes so I hope you will join us.  Cards must be Christmas, Winter, Hanukkah, yuletide, etc.  Use Hashtag #fallingfortheholidays2024byshclp

I decided to use this New Stamp set from STAMPtember.  A collab from Sponsor Lawn Fawn and Simon says Stamp called Christmas in the Desert.  I stamped all my images with Memento Tuxedo black ink on white cardstock and colored them in with my alcohol markers.  I then fussy cut them out.

I used Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs for the Desert Edger 1 Stencil for my background.  I used both the Negative and positive stencils with inks by Concord & 9th inks Sorbet, Parsley, Aqua Sky, and Wheat.  I love how soft my background looks. I cut it out using a rectangle die. I stamped 2 sentiments from the same stamp set and cut them out them using my paper trimmer.  I popped up my fishtail sentiment with foam tape from Sponsor Therm O Web and added it to my background.  I glued everything with liquid glue and glued my panel to a A2 gray card base.  I had so much fun with this card.

Holiday Shaker card

Hello I've got a shaker card today making another fun Holiday Card. I used a New Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called 3 Sizes Too Small.

I think this stencil 3 Sizes Too Small is so much fun.  I love the sentiment and the hearts included too.  I chose to make a infinity shaker card.  I first ink blended the stencil on white paper 110 pound with mowed Lawn Distress ink and Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink.  I masked to ink blend the sentiment with both ink colors using masking tape.  I also ink blended additional hearts and a heart in the center of the grinches hands.  I cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4 and glued it to a green A2 card panel.

Next, I grabbed a A2 card sleeve and used a tape runner to make it as tight as I could on the ends.  I placed some green and clear card bling in the sleeve and used my tape runner to seal it shut.  I then glued my shaker to a A2 card base.  I think this card is fun and was quick to make.  Great for batching cards for the Holidays as they will be here soon.  Visit A Colorful Life Designs here
