Classic Mustang Birthday Cards

Hello I have a couple of cards to share using Unity Stamp Co.  I love Mustangs and I had to have this stamp set. I've had it in my stash for a bit so it was time to ink it up. Birthdays will be coming soon so it's nice to get a couple for my stash. I also will be entering my card in the Color Hues Challenge  Teal and Silver.  I love this challenge and it's been awhile since I entered.

Without further ado here are my cards.

Here is my first card, I stamped this rubber stamp called Still Turning Heads from Unity Stamp Co. onto white cardstock 110 pounds with Memento Tuxedo ink. I thought this stamp was perfect for the challenge.  I colored it in with my copic markers.  I used a rectangle die from a retired Ellen Hutson die set that cuts out a skinny frame so that die with silver Glitter cardstock.  I ink blended with Peacock Feathers Distress oxide ink around my image and stamped a sentiment from the stamp set.  I cut my image and glued it to a silver cardstock panel.  I framed the car with that skinny silver rectangle die-cut. I then glued my panel to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I popped up my sentiment with foam tape and I adhered some sequins and that finishes this card.

Here is my second card, I stamped this one with Gina K Designs Amalgam ink on 110 pounds white cardstock.  I also tried heat embossing this stamp.  I never could get a perfect stamping with this stampbut I still love it.  I'll consider it grungy.  I may try using a eraser on it?  I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder Mechanics with Silver Glitter cardstock.  I also stamped a different sentiment and glue it to a silver strip of glitter paper. I cut my panels and popped up the image with foam and glued everything to a gray A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. That finishes my cards and I hope you'll join these challenges they are fun.

Bear Cards Using Unity Stamp Co. KOM July 2025

Hello my friends I'm so excited to finally color up this cute Bear Wilder Still who's been sitting on my desk from Unity Stamp Co. KOM July 2025.  With this month almost over yay I made 2 cards using this kit.  Without further ado here are my cards.

I had so much fun coloring 1 bear that I stamped another.

I first started with this card.  I stamped and heat embossed using Versafine Onyx ink and WOW Clear Gloss embossing powder on watercolor paper cold pressed 110 pounds.  I colored with my Tim Holtz watercolor pencils, water brush, and water.  I then fussy cut it out.

I used some light brown cardstock and ran it through my die cutting machine using a Spellbinders Leaves embossing folder and inking the folder before with Hero Arts Hero Hues Moss ink cube. I cut the embossed background and ink blended with a blending brush from Kat Scrappiness and Gina K Designs Faded Brick ink cube. At first I was going to ink sporadic leaves but I decided to do all.  I stamped a sentiment from the kit using the same red ink and then fussy cutting around it.  I grabbed a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and put my card together.  My embossed background is glued with craft foam and my sentiment with a 1/4 foam strip.  I then added some red glitter enamel dots from my stash.

Here is my next card.  I stamped this bear with Memento Tuxedo ink on Neenah Solar White 110 pounds.  I colored with my Copic Markers and then fussy cut it out.  I used the same embossing folder but using Neenah paper this time and inking the embossing folder with Caramel ink from Hero Arts.  I really love how this background came out.  I cut down my background using my paper trimmer.

I also used Elliptical Oval Dies from Spellbinders with colored cardstock.  I stamped my sentiment with the same ink and cut it to fit with my paper trimmer.  I glued my embossed background wonky to my brown card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 A2.  I also put my oval and popped up foam sentiment wonky too for fun.  I embellished with some gems from Love from Lizi and added some white gel pen accents.  I had so much fun making these Fall Bear Cards.  I love this cute bear.  Now off to hopefully use more of this KOM before the next one comes.

The Color Hues Challenge #114

Hello everyone.  I'm so honored to be Guest Designing for The Color Hues Challenge #114 Yellow and Green.  I love these colors and I honestly had a hard time with what to choose which is a great problem to have.  Color challenges are so much fun. Without further ado here is my card.

So It was actually a fun and tough decision on what to use as yellow and green can be used for a lot. I did decide on this fun New to me embossing folder and cutting die set from Simon Says Stamp called Alstroemeria Bunch.  I ran the embossing folder with Cilantro cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 from Lawn Fawn through my Spellbinders diecutting machine using the appropriate plates.  I then did the same with white cardstock.  I ink blended the green embossed panel with some Mowed lawn Distress Oxide ink.  I used the die and cut out the flower from the white embossed panel.  Luckily it was okay doing it that way because usually I cut first and than emboss. Anywho.

I then put my flower back into place on the white panel and ink blended it with Mowed Lawn and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide inks.  I cut my green embossed panel down and I found some We R Memory keepers pattern paper in my stash that was yellow and green..Yess.  I cut that paper to be 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

Next, I glued my pattern paper to a A2 Neenah cardstock Solar White 110 pounds and popped up my green embossed panel with foam that has no adhesive and I just apply liquid glue to.  I then cut down my flower cutting the stem and popped it up onto my panel with foam tape.  I did use Copic markers for some interest on my flower and embossed background with G14 and Y15.  My gold foiled sentiment strip comes from a retired Essentials By Ellen foiled plate and coordinating die set.  I was happy to have this strip in my stash. I applied it with a foam strip and embellished with some yellow sequins. That finishes this card.  I hope you'll join us for this fun challenge.

I had so much FUN creating this card and being a Guest Designer for the Color Hues Challenge.  Thank you to Nancy, Steph, and Team.  Hugs.

Friend Card

Hello everyone.  I have a "Hi Friend" card today using a New Layered Stencil from A colorful Life Designs newest release.  Use VonFan10 to save 10 percent off your purchases.

I used the New Layered Dotted Swirls Stencil.  Isn't it fun and pretty?  You get 2 stencils and they are 6x6. I love it.  I started out with white cardstock and ink blended with Simon says Stamp Velvet Orchid ink.  I then used Versafine Onyx ink for the dots.  I cut my background to 4 x 5.25.

I placed my panel into a Spellbinders Sun ray Embossing Folder.  I love how it came out.  I had some foiled sentiment strips in my stash from Ellen Hutson so I used this purple one.  I popped up my background panel with foam and glued it to a A2 top folding car base.  I glued my sentiment strip with a foam strip and I added some card bling from A Colorful Life Designs.  Check out the newest release here.

Boo Brew Cards

Hi everyone.  I have some fun Halloween cards to share today.  It's time for me to start getting out some Happy Mail out to my Crafty Friends.  I hope you like Coffee or Halloween or both.

I chose to use a SVG file and my Silhouette Cameo 3 Cutting Machine to make my cards.

Here is the first card I made.  I made 6 of these cards. Almost the same and that hardly ever happens. Usually I get bored of the design.  I started out first downloading the SVG file called Halloween Ghost Mug from the Silhouette Design store.  I cut all the pieces with white cardstock and ink blended using Lost Shadow Distress ink, Ground Espresso Distress ink, and Black Soot Distress Oxide ink.

I used a embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp called cute ghosts with a 4 x 5.25 white cardstock panel.  I inked the flat side of the embossing folder with Villainous Distress ink and ran it through my Spellbinders diecutting machine.  I glued everything to a A2 gray card base.  I stamped a sentiment from Trinity Stamps called Trick or Drink stamp set with black ink and I cut it into a banner strip.  I I glued sequins from Kat Scrappiness using Halloween Candy Corn Sprinkle Mix and Halloween Sprinkles mix.  I added a bow for fun.  I did use some ohuhu markers for the cookie ghost face and for more sprinkles on the whipped cream.

Here is another card I created.  I did the same as above except for the embossing Folder I inked the flat side with Black soot Distress Oxide ink.  I didn't add a bow to this one but I like how it came out.

Isn't it cute?  I love coffee and I love to incorporate Holidays with my Coffee cards.

Here is the inside of my card.  I used Catherine Pooler Mug Shots Stamp for my sentiment that I stamped with black ink on gray cardstock.  I used a die to cut it as a banner.

I hope you like my cards today, I had so much fun making them.  I need to use my electronic cutting machines more often.  Also, I did add some pink cheeks using my R11 Copic markers. They make me smile.
