Uniquely Unity And A Challenge

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited about my card today it's using Unity Stamp Co. and my colors are inspired by the Color Hues Challenge #112 Cobalt and Peach.  Without further ado here is my card.

On my card today I'm using Uniquely Unity Membership for June 2025 called Enduring Connection.  I stamped this rubber stamp on a Manilla ranger tag #8 with Versafine Onyx ink.  Opps I cut the kitty this time but I did get the flowers.  I colored with Karin markers, Altenew size 0 Paint brush, and water.  I also used a Tombow Marker.  After I was done with watercoloring,  I had ink and water on my glass board so I ink smooshed that on my background and I also used my paint brush to color around my image.

When my tag was dry, I noticed my tag was too big for my A2 card so I cut it.  I then wanted the top part of the tag so I cut and glued it on and now it fit the way I wanted it.  I used a Mosaic Flower 6x6 Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs for my background(use VonFan10 to save).  I then used Pinkfresh Studio Peach Fuzz ink cube and a small blending brush on a white 4 x 51/4 cardstock panel.  I stamped a sentiment from the Enduring Connection stamp set with black ink on a strip of cardstock.  I inked it with the same peach fuzz ink as well as a white flower embellishment.

I found some vellum paper in my stash and I decided to use a Tim Holtz distresser cutter and I ripped the edges of my vellum and stenciled background with it. Finally it was time to put my card together.  I popped up my tag with foam tape and the flower had a foam square already in back of it and everything was glued to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I love how this card came out I had so much fun with this challenge.  I hope I inspired you.  Hugs.

You're Simply The Zest!

Hello everyone.  I have a card today using Creative Worship Stamps formally known as Sweet and Sassy Stamps.  Without further ado here is my card.

I have been loving lemons πŸ‹lately especially fruits for craft projects.  I used this beautiful retired stamp set from Creative Worship Stamps called Summer Fruits. There is a fruits printable that you can grab called Fruit of the Spirit Line that is available.  On white cardstock 110 pounds I stamped the lemons with Memento Tuxedo ink and colored with my Copic Markers Y15, Y06, YG01, YG11, and Y23.  I then used the Grunge Dots Stencil and inked around my lemons with Concord & 9th Oceanside ink.  I love yellow and blues or yellow and teals together. 😍

Next, I cut my lemons and inked background using my paper trimmer. I have some fruits yellow embossed paper 6x6 from a Michaels paper pad in my stash. Such a fun paper pad and my first time using it. I cut this paper to be A2 size 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I also cut out some blue glitter paper 12 x12 also from a Michaels paper pad. Yay for using papers in my stash. I cut some strips using my paper trimmer because I knew I wanted to incorporate that blue into my card to match the inked Grunge Dots.  I had some gold doily paper so I wanted to add it also. I then glued everything to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I stamped a sentiment with black ink from the retired Summer Fruits Stamp set and adhered it with foam tape after I cut it with my paper trimmer.  Lastly, I added some Glossy Accents for fun on my lemons.  I had so much fun making this card.

Thank you for joining me today Hugs!! πŸ’™πŸ‹

I love To Cook Notecard

Hello everyone.  I have a card today for the Inspired By Canisters #IB341 Challenge.  I love challenges they get me thinking??  Without further ado here is my card.

I have a cooking notecard or a notecard for someone who may love cooking.  I love to cook do you? So I really was inspired by the sketch, canisters, red and yellow, and plaid.  I don't think I own canisters I certainly couldn't find stamps with them in my stash but who knows I probably do and will see those stamps after this challenge 🀣 So I went with Bo Bunny Kitchen Icons Stamp and used the pots image. I stamped my pots with Memento Tuxedo ink and colored them with Copic markers and fussy cut them out.

I cut some plaid pattern paper and a yellow from my stash and cut them according to the sketch.  I also stamped some flowers from a older Hero Arts Mouse Tea Party stamp set.  I used the coordinating dies to cut those out.  I stamped a sentiment from the Bo Bunny stamp set with Versafine Onyx ink on my yellow paper.  I cut out a 4 x 5 1/4 white paper and glued everything to it and then onto a gray A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  That finishes this card.  I love searching in my stash don't you?  I had fun making this card.

How About Some Cute Patriotic Pups Cards For Today?

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited to share my cards using the Patriotic Pups Ephemera Die-Cuts from Not 2 Shabby. These Red, White, and Blue cards are so festive and fun. I think they came out so cute.    Without further ado here's my cards.

Aren't They Cute??

Here was the first card I made and I used Not 2 Shabby Ladybugs Hugs 6x6 Paper Pack for the red polka dot pattern paper.  I also used of course this pup from the Patriotic Pups Ephemera.  I downloaded some free Patriotic Sentiments also from Not 2 Shabby.  The other ephemera and pattern paper is from Doodlegbug Design.  I used the Say Cheese Again die from Lawn Fawn for the polaroid that I cut out with white cardstock.  I popped up the polaroid and ephemera with foam and everything else was glued with liquid glue on a A2 blue card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I used some Firecrackers Buttons and More embellishments.  That finishes this card.

On this card, I used more of the red polka dot paper from Ladybug Hugs, Ephemera from Doodlebug, Ephemera from Not 2 Shabby, Sentiment from Not 2 Shabby, striped pattern paper from my stash, and a white die-cut from the EZ Wonder die #1 by LV Handcrafted.  I also added some embellishments.  Everything was glued to a blue A2 card. That finishes this card.

This square card might be my favorite I love the Doodlebug hat ephemera on this pup and firework. Another cute sentiment.  This is a 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 card.  I popped up the hat with foam tape.  I did use some more red polka dot paper and embellishments.  I glued everything to a coordinating card base. That finishes this card.

My last card uses a lot of the same products.  I did use some other pattern paper from my stash and if you look closely I do have some more of that red polka dot paper.  So save your scraps to have your cards all have a little bit of the same pattern paper on all. Everything was glued to a A2 blue card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

And here is another look.  Did you have a favorite? I love how all my cards turned out.  They were easy and I think they are cute.  Just exactly what I wanted to spread some smiles across the miles as I mail these out to some crafty friends.  I hope I inspired you to make some Patriotic cards and or to use some ephemera and grab these pups I think they are on sale and I have a lot left over and that makes this paper hoarder so happy or I would buy another because they are so cute.

Hello My Friend

Hello there I have a card today and it's clean and simple.  These are the type of cards that are difficult for me. I am joining challenges today for Freshly Made Sketches #691 Sketch by Michelle and The Color Throwdown #835 using Yellow, Green, and Turquoise.  Without further ado here is my card.

So on my card, I used Unity Stamp Company Chirps & Cheer rubber stamp that is from the Uniquely Unity by Ang April 2025 Membership.  I cut out a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 white cardstock and stamped this cute critter with Memento Tuxedo ink using my stamping platform.  I colored it in using Copic Markers in BG15, BG23, Y06, Y08, G14, G05.  I stamped my sentiment from the stamp set with Versafine Onyx ink.

I cut my panel to 4 x 5 1/4.  I used a black pen for the eyes, flower center, and feet.  I used a white gel pen for the eyes and a few accents.

I glued my panel to a A2 gray heavy weight card base.  That finishes my card I hope I motivated you to join some challenges.  I always have a blast with challenges.  I will be back soon. Hugs.

50th Anniversary Of JAWS Celebrating With Whimsy Stamps

Hello everyone.  I have a Card and Treat Bag today.  It's a little different as it's the 50th Anniversary of JAWS.  Here at Whimsy Stamps we are celebrating the JAWS Anniversary and you can find our projects on instagram and in our FB group.  Without further ado here is what I made.

I first started out with my card.  I downloaded this cute shark called Shawn Shark by Crissy Armstrong on Hammermill cardstock 100 pounds.  Isn't it cute?? I colored it in with my Copic Markers N5, N3, N0, W5, and T5.  I added some pink cheeks with pink chalk. I then fussy cut it out with a white border.  I ink blended white cardstock 110 pounds with the It's Cloudy 6x9 Stencil and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink.  I rotated the stencil a few times.  Next, I ink blended the water with salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink and then ink blended the sand with Antique Linen Distress oxide ink.  My favorite sky water sand combo.  I then used the swirls 6x9 stencil with Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide ink picking a few swirls to ink onto my water.  Fun right? I used E33, and E30 Copics for dotted sand.  I cut out my background with the largest scalloped oval from the Spring Ovals Die Set.

I flicked some white Picket Fence Distress Spray Stain onto my oval background.  I cut out a A2 white panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and glued my oval to it when it was dry and then to a gray heavy weight A2 card base.  I stamped a sentiment from the Don't Peek Yetti Stamp set with black ink on a white strip.  I popped up my shark and sentiment with foam tape.  I added white gel pen accents and embellishments from This Calls For Confetti in Mermaizing.  Yay!

We picked up a gummy sharks candy bag and I thought well I have to make a treat bag to go with my card right? LOL. So I ink blended another oval and scored it.  I have some food bags and I placed a few sharks in there I had to eat 1 along the way of course.  I didn't use stencils and I did make this digital shark image smaller.  I stapled my scored oval onto my plastic treat bag using a Tim Holtz tiny attacher.  I popped up the shark and added embellishments.  That finishes this project.

I hope you like it!  It was so much fun. Now I'm singing Baby Shark πŸ¦ˆπŸ˜„ Happy Anniversary JAWS.

Birthday Card Using The Numbers Stencil From A Colorful Life Designs

Hello everyone.  I have my last card sample for May from A Colorful Life Designs May Release.  Our Mid Month Motivation stencil Rainbow Roads is still on sale and you can still use my code VonFan10.  I had so much fun this month and I hope you enjoyed this months inspiration.  Without further ado here is my card.

This New Numbers 6x6 Stencil is so much fun for Birthdays and Anniversaries or anything regarding a fun milestone.  I used this stencil for a Birthday Card.  I inked the stencil with white cardstock using Catherine Pooler Royal Treatment, Mandarin Spice, Peppermint Scrub, and Sauna inks.  I love these colors together. Next, I cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4.

I used a older STAMPtember collab. stamp set using Simon Says Stamp and Hero arts called Make A Wish and I stamped the sentiment and image with Memento tuxedo ink.  I colored simply with my Copic markers. I cut out the image and sentiment using a retired Chunky scalloped rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp. I glued my background to a cream colored A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and popped up my image and sentiment with foam tape.  I embellished with card Bling in Satin Matte Light Purple. I love card Bling.  I hope you grab something fun from A Colorful Life Designs and use VonFan10 to save.  Cannot be used on Master Creator Bundles as those are marked down 20%.  I love how this card came out.  I will be back soon. Hugs.

Inspired By Freezies Challenge

Hello I'm so happy to participate in the current Inspired By Freezies Challenge#IB340.  I was inspired by the colors, photo, and sketch.  Without further ado here's my card.

On my card, I used MFT Stamps Pair Of Popsicles Die-namics and MFT Stamps Sunshine Kisses Stamp.  I started out with cutting out a bunch of popsicles 8 to be exact with white cardstock.  I ink blended 4 of them using Catherine Pooler Something Borrowed, Green Tea, Mandarin Spice, and Royal Treatment Mini inks and small blending brushes.

Next, I cut out 4 Popsicle sticks in white cardstock and ink blended them with Concord & 9th ink cube in Stardust.  I then put my popsicles together sandwiching 2 popsicles together 1 ink blended and 1 white cardstock with foam tape.  I stuck the popsicle sticks in with liquid glue.  I then cut out white cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 and glued my popsicles according to the sketch.  I covered my popsicles with a scrap piece of cardstock and flicked ink splatters with a little bit of water using the same inks as my popsicles onto my panel.

I stamped my sentiment from the Sunshine Kisses stamp with Versafine Onyx ink on orange cardstock and then cut it with my paper trimmer.  I then glued my panel to a A2 gray card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I had so much fun making this card.  Thank you to Inspired by for their fun challenges.

A Football Card

Hello there I have a Sports card today.  I love Football and have football withdraw right now.  My favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs and yup #15 Patrick Mahomes is my favorite player.  I love this New Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called Make A Jersey Stencil.  It's a 6x9 stencil and you can add numbers and make 2 different jerseys so great.  Use VonFan10 to save.  Without further ado here is my card.

I made a Congratulations card maybe Kansas City Chiefs will win the Super bowl next year.  On white cardstock I used the jersey with Concord & 9th Poppy ink, Mustard Distress Oxide ink, and Memento Luxe Wedding Dress ink for the numbers and lines on jersey.  It's a white that was easier to use than other white inks I had.  It shows up at at least without using colored paper or you can stamp and heat emboss that might work better.

I then fussy cut the jersey out and put a football together from my stash with brown and white cardstock.  I cut out some Lawn fawn pattern paper from Let's Polka in the Dark paper pad cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I stamped the sentiment with Whimsy Stamps Cue The Confetti Stamp and cut it to a strip.  I glued my pattern paper and football to a A2 card base and popped up the football and sentiment with foam tape.  I think it's a fun card after all it's my favorite sport.  I hope you grab this stencil it's great for everyone.
