I also stamped a sentiment from the stamp set with black ink on white cardstock and then cut it with my paper trimmer.  The pattern papers are from Unity Stamp Co.  a free gift they sent me.  I used the Scallops & Rectangles die to cut the largest scalloped rectangle out.  I glued everything to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I love how my card came out.  I'll hopefully use this stamp real soon.

Sending Love Notecard Using the Scalloped Harlequin Stencil From A Colorful Life Designs

Hello I'm back with a card using A Colorful Life Designs.  I had used a bunch of New to me stencils that had been release with the last few months.  Some must haves that I had to have and this one was definitely a must have. Don't forget to use my code VonFan10 to save.  Without further ado here's my card.

So I love that this card looks Vintage. I love this 6x6 stencil a must have if you ask me called Scalloped Harlequin perfect for any Occasion that makes a great background.  I first inked this stencil with  Wplus9 Gold ink and Concord & 9th Grapefruit ink on white cardstock.  I just inked one side one color and the other side the other color.

Next, I then stamped a butterfly with Concord & 9th ink in Sorbet and my sentiment with black ink from Simon Says Stamp using Vintage Love Notes Stamp set that was part of a card kit.  I also stamped a Paris postage stamp with black ink.  I cut my background to be 4 x 5 1/4.  and glued it to a brown heavy weight A2 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base.  I added some pretty Opalescent Peony card bling and that finishes this card.  I had so much fun making this card.

Cottage Roses Pattern Paper And Ephemera For A Quick And Beautiful Card

Hello everyone.  I thought it would be fun to join a couple of challenges before this month ends. Not 2 Shabby has a May 2025 Monthly Mood Board Challenge and I really love this months Colors and inspiration. I'm also loving the Top Inky Sketch #32. So, I made a card using the Not 2 Shabby Cottage Roses Collection.  I just love how beautiful that collection is.  I also recently watched the Cottage Rose Retreat and that was a lot of fun. Without further ado here's my card.

Isn't this collection so cute??? I love it, it's so perfect right? Right up my alley.  So I used the Not 2 Shabby Color and Mood Board Inspiration.  I also used Crystal Minkler's Top Inky Sketch Inspiration #32 which helped me make this cute simple card.

I cut my papers from the Cottage Roses 6x6 Paper Pad according to the Top Inky Sketch #32.  I used the Cottage Roses Ephemera   I added foam tape to the back of the shirt, shoe, and cup.

I used some cream paper to incorporate that creamy color from the color inspiration.  I also wanted some red to match so I used Hero Arts Hero Hues core ink in cherry with a Unity Stamp Co. Rubber Stamp for my sentiment.  The sentiment came from Uniquely Unity by ang Blossomgram monthly stamp from March 2025.

I glued everything to a A2 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 heavy weight card base and added some glitter pen to the roses on shirt, shoe, and rose on cup.  I love how this card came out and I hope you do too.  If you would like to join these challenges you still have time.

Hugs, Von Marie 💗

Another Holiday Card for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 57

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited to share another Holiday card for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 57.  I love the squares, it gives options of using those smaller images from stamps or maybe ephemera.

I love this card.  On this card I chose to use some pattern papers from Papertrey Ink and Joanns. I will miss Joanns. I also used solid cardstock papers.  I loved using a detailed pattern paper for that bigger square.  You can make it easy and just add a sentiment.  I chose to use some images from a Simon Says Stamp card Kit.  Stamp set is called Get Yeti.  I stamped everything with memento tuxedo black ink.  I colored everything with my copic markers and fussy cut everything out.  I also stamped out my sentiment from the same stamp and cut it to be a fishtail banner.

Everything was glued to a A2 card base.  I hope you join us, you still have time to upload your cards using the sketch to the FB album for a chance of winning a prize.  Newton's Nook Designs is our sponsor this month.  Good luck!!

A School Card Using Spellbinders May 2025 DOM

Hello everyone.  I have a Teacher card today for my Kids Teacher.  Our PLP is so wonderful.  I homeschool but she guides me and we just love the whole experience. I used the May's 2025 DOM for this card.  Without further ado here's my card.

I was so excited to see this die set as the DOM as I knew school was ending soon and I would need to make a teacher card.  I started cutting everything out using colored cardstock.  It was pretty easy to figure out what went to what and where.

I used a embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp called Kaleidoscope with a gray Hero Arts Charcoal 100 pound 4 x 5 1/4 cardstock panel.  After running it through my Spellbinders Platinum Six I layered it on a red A2 panel 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I glued everything to a A2 card base and used Glossy Accents on the apple's eyes and mouth for fun.

I grabbed a Starbucks gift card and this card is ready to be sent out.  I used a Honey Bee Stamps Gift Card Slots Die Set that is still my favorite for inserting dies.  You can use a a craft knife to insert slots for your gift card or use fun washi tape.  I had a lot of fun with this cute gift giving card.
