Another Holiday Card for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 57

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited to share another Holiday card for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 57.  I love the squares, it gives options of using those smaller images from stamps or maybe ephemera.

I love this card.  On this card I chose to use some pattern papers from Papertrey Ink and Joanns. I will miss Joanns. I also used solid cardstock papers.  I loved using a detailed pattern paper for that bigger square.  You can make it easy and just add a sentiment.  I chose to use some images from a Simon Says Stamp card Kit.  Stamp set is called Get Yeti.  I stamped everything with memento tuxedo black ink.  I colored everything with my copic markers and fussy cut everything out.  I also stamped out my sentiment from the same stamp and cut it to be a fishtail banner.

Everything was glued to a A2 card base.  I hope you join us, you still have time to upload your cards using the sketch to the FB album for a chance of winning a prize.  Newton's Nook Designs is our sponsor this month.  Good luck!!

Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch Challenge For May 2025

Hello everyone.  Happy May.  Wow these months are flying by.  We have a New Sketch Challenge for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch 57 for May.  I really love this sketch it's so much fun. Newton's Nook Designs is our sponsor for this sketch.

Have I told you how much I love this sketch? I chose some scraps of pattern papers from Lawn Fawn Bokeh In The Snow 6x6  and for that larger square die-cut it is from a Michaels pattern paper pad 6x6 called Miss Claus.  I had some of these Lawn Fawn birds and bird house stamped and cut out in my stash from Season's Tweetings stamp set, a older STAMPtember Collab with SSS.  My foiled sentiment is from Trinity Stamps that was in my stash too.

Everything was colored with my copic markers and I glued all my pattern papers together onto a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 using the measurements from the sketch.  I used a white gelly roll pen to add some highlights to my images and that finishes this fun Holiday card.  I hope you join us this month there is always a prize.  Just upload to the FB album.

Come Join Us Tomorrow!  We have so many amazing Sponsors and a great way to get your Holiday Cards finished for the year.  I also think it's a lot of fun too.
