Glitter is Always an Option

Hello everyone.  I have another card for A Colorful Life Designs New August Release.  I used a New Stencil and a New Stamp set from the new release. Use VonFan10 to save 10% off your purchase.

I chose to make a square card and a matching envelope.  I started out with white cardstock and ink blended the New Halftone Circle Stencil with Catherine Pooler's Clay Mask ink. I stamped a sentiment from the New Glitter stamp onto my background with black ink. It looked so pretty that I had to add glitter especially with the sentiment I chose.  So, I used some Creative Expressions Glitter paste and placed my stencil over my ink and applied the paste with a spatula.  I cut my background when done to be about 4 3/4 x 4 3/4 using my paper trimmer.  I glued it to a matching card base slightly bigger than my card panel.

Next, I made a envelope with kraft cardstock using a SVG file from the Silhouette Cameo Design store.  I used Catherine pooler Clay Mask ink to ink blend the flap of my envelope.  I cut out a unicorn and some harts with white cardstock from a Poppy die set called Whittle Unicorn. I colored those pieces with Copic markers and glued my unicorn together. I used a black pen for the eyes and nose and added some glitter with my glitter pen to mu unicorn's mane and tail. I then glued my unicorn and hearts to my card.  I hope you like my matching set today.  I had fun making it.  You can check out the New Release here
