Hello everyone. I have a Summer card today for 2 challenges that I just could not pass up. Without further ado here is my card.
I had in my mind to use this Papertrey Ink Beach Bag Stencil for the Inspired By Summer Challenge and I knew for The Color Hues Challenge I had to use Red and White. So, I chose Neenah Desert Storm paper 80 pounds and ink blended the first stencil which are the bags with Gina K Designs Faded Brick Dye ink cube. On the second stencil which is for the straps and designs on beach bags I used Gina K Designs White Pigment Dye ink.
Next, I cut my background to look like the Inspired By Sketch. I also cut a white cardstock panel to be 4 x 5 1/4. I stamped a sentiment on a strip like the sketch with the same Faded Brick ink using MFT Stamps PI Sunny Days Ahead stamp set. Finally, I glued everything to a A2 red card base. I hope I inspired you to grab what you have and create. I will be linking my cards to the following Challenges. I had so much fun making this card and being motivated by these challenges.
