Bear Cards Using Unity Stamp Co. KOM July 2025

Hello my friends I'm so excited to finally color up this cute Bear Wilder Still who's been sitting on my desk from Unity Stamp Co. KOM July 2025.  With this month almost over yay I made 2 cards using this kit.  Without further ado here are my cards.

I had so much fun coloring 1 bear that I stamped another.

I first started with this card.  I stamped and heat embossed using Versafine Onyx ink and WOW Clear Gloss embossing powder on watercolor paper cold pressed 110 pounds.  I colored with my Tim Holtz watercolor pencils, water brush, and water.  I then fussy cut it out.

I used some light brown cardstock and ran it through my die cutting machine using a Spellbinders Leaves embossing folder and inking the folder before with Hero Arts Hero Hues Moss ink cube. I cut the embossed background and ink blended with a blending brush from Kat Scrappiness and Gina K Designs Faded Brick ink cube. At first I was going to ink sporadic leaves but I decided to do all.  I stamped a sentiment from the kit using the same red ink and then fussy cutting around it.  I grabbed a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and put my card together.  My embossed background is glued with craft foam and my sentiment with a 1/4 foam strip.  I then added some red glitter enamel dots from my stash.

Here is my next card.  I stamped this bear with Memento Tuxedo ink on Neenah Solar White 110 pounds.  I colored with my Copic Markers and then fussy cut it out.  I used the same embossing folder but using Neenah paper this time and inking the embossing folder with Caramel ink from Hero Arts.  I really love how this background came out.  I cut down my background using my paper trimmer.

I also used Elliptical Oval Dies from Spellbinders with colored cardstock.  I stamped my sentiment with the same ink and cut it to fit with my paper trimmer.  I glued my embossed background wonky to my brown card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 A2.  I also put my oval and popped up foam sentiment wonky too for fun.  I embellished with some gems from Love from Lizi and added some white gel pen accents.  I had so much fun making these Fall Bear Cards.  I love this cute bear.  Now off to hopefully use more of this KOM before the next one comes.

Storm Tossed Waves Slimline Card

Hello my friends I have a Slimline card and my last card sample of July.  This month just flew by I was having so much fun.  In my card today I used Storm Tossed Clouds 6x9 stencil from A Colorful Life Designs (Use VonFan10 to save).  I love how fun it is.  Without further ado here is my card.

I started out with some dark blue cardstock heavy duty 100 pounds.  I laid my stencil on my cardstock and applied Lawn Fawn Silver Stencil Paste with a spatula.  I then let it try and I love how it came out.  I cut my background to be 3 1/4 x 7 3/4.  My gray card base is 110 pounds is 3 1/2 x 8.

I had a extra strip to glue on the inside of my card for fun. I probably would have thrown it away or kept in my stash until??? So I hope you will do the same next time.

This whale and sentiment die strip came from Spellbinders Advent calendar possibly last years 2024. I just put them together with white, black, and gray cardstock.  I glued everything together with liquid glue and no card bling as I feel the texture was so great from the paste.  I will be back with the August Release.  Follow my blog for more details.

Make A Splash!

Hello my friends.  I'm happy to have a card today for the Inspired by...Pool Rings Challenge #IB346. These challenges are just so much fun.  I was inspired by the photo and the sketch.  Without further ado here is my card.

I love This cute older stamp set that I used from Avery Elle called Pool Party.  I stamped my images onto Neenah Solar White 110 pounds cardstock with Memento Tuxedo ink.  I colored the images with my Copic Markers and then fussy cut them out.  I used My Favorite Things Perfect Pool Water 6x6 Stencil on my 4 x 5 1/4 white cardstock panel with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink.  I did rotate it once.

These girls may need a pool each LOL.  I glued everything to a gray A2 card base and stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set with black ink.  I trimmed it with my paper trimmer and adhered it to my card with a 1/4 foam strip.  That finishes my card.  I was also inspired by the colors.  Not sure I accomplished the sketch as the elements are higher but I had fun.

And here is another photo πŸ’—. I hope I inspired you to try one of these challenges.  Hugs I will be back soon with another blog post.

Just Poking By To Say Hello!

Hello My Friends Happy Monday! I'm back with a card using A Colorful Life Designs.  It's a little weird it not being a Holiday Card 🀣 but we are in Summer and I had so much fun making this card.  Use VonFan10 to save.  If you purchase a Master Creator Bundle you will not need my code as those are marked on sale already at a really great price.  Without further ado here is my card.

This stencil is called Crabbies and it is 6x6.  On white cardstock I used Summer Sky Core ink from Hero Hues Hero Arts.  I ink blended my paper and then laid my stencil down and ink blended the crabs with Cherry ink also Hero Hues ink.  I cut out my background with a stitched rectangle.

I then ink blended just 1 crab with the cherry ink.  I fussy cut it out and gave it some wiggly eyes.  Isn't it cute?? I glued my Crabs to a polka dot pattern slimline paper from Trinity Stamps.  I then glued my Crabs and pattern paper to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I popped up my crab with foam tape and stamped a sentiment from Hero Arts In A Pinch Stamp set with Cherry ink.  I cut my sentiment and glued it to my card.  Blue card bling was added and that finishes this fun Summer card.  I think it's cute and I hope you like it.  You should grab this Crabbies Stencil. πŸ˜‰ and use my code VonFan10.

I have a Christmas Snow Globe. I'm using a few Fabulous Sponsors today.  This wonderful Globe set called The Ultimate Snow Globe Shaker Die Set is from the Not 2 Shabby Shop and designed by Linh who is LV Handcrafted. I got the bundle and I love it.  It includes the die set, pattern paper, and more. I stamped a sentiment from the Not 2 Shabby Shop stamp set that's included in the bundle or by it's self called Winter Wishes for the sentiment plate with sponsor Gina K Designs ink cube in Christmas Pine.  I got a few confetti in there but I think the rest stuck to my foam tape LOL.  My background is using stencil Perfect Little Trees from sponsor A Colorful Life Designs. (Use VonFan10 to save). I also inked the stencil with Gina K Designs ink cube Christmas Pine on white cardstock.

And I colored up these cuties from our New Sponsor The Greeting Farm Mini-Remix Winter Stamp Set that is no longer in stock but maybe can be brought back in their Farmers Market.  I stamped my images in Memento ink Anya, Ian, and the tree on Neenah 110 pounds paper.  I then fussy cut them out.  I love the snow drift border die included with the Ultimate Snow Globe Shaker Die Set.  I used it with white cardstock.  When making my snow globe I used the 2 largest circle dies taped together and ran it through my Spellbinders Platinum 6.  I ran it through about 6 or 7 times using scrap paper from my stash.  I used acetate and for my shaker bits I used Kat Scrappiness Brilliant Snowflake Sequins and Garden Green Dots.  I used 3/4 foam strips around the base plate only a few snowflakes might shake I should have used the dots there also.  I love how it came out it was so much fun to make.  I glued everything to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I may put Ian in the inside of my card as I didn't have room in my shaker Globe.  I wanted my shaker bits to show.  I love how it shakes too.

Without Further Ado Here Is My Card

I used this fun New to me Ho Ho Ho Pissy Kitty Rubber Stamp from our Sponsor Unity Stamp Co.  I stamped the kitty on white cardstock with Memento tuxedo ink and colored it with my copic markers.  I then fussy cut it out.  I also used a retired Holly Embossing Folder from our Sponsor Taylored Expressions that I inked up with Crackling Campfire Oxide ink on a white cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 panel before running it through my die-cutting machine.  Looks orange in the photo but that's okay.  Matches my kitty.

I also had some leftover foiled toner card fronts in Slimline Reverse Polka from our Sponsor Therm O Web.  I used a Peekaboo circle die from our Sponsor Gina Marie Designs.  Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Ho Ho Ho Pissy Kitty Stamp set with black ink on white paper and cut it with my paper trimmer.  I glued everything to a A2 white card base 4 1/4 x 51/2 and popped up my sentiment with Therm O Web Jumbo Roll foam tape. That finishes my card I love how it turned out using a mix of Sponsors.  Later I added some white gel dots to my kitty's eyes.

{BYSHC} Christmas in July Linky Party Day 6

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited and having so much fun with the {BYSHC} Christmas in July Linky Party Today is Day 6. I hope you're participating and or hoping.  I love all the fun projects.  All projects must be Christmas, Hanukkah, Yuletide, wintry, etc.  Entries are not required to use products from our Sponsors to be eligible for a prize.  When linking up, please use your name only in the caption box as the title of your entry.  Please use the graphic and hashtag #christmasinjuly2025byshclp in your social media posts.  Without further ado here is my card.

On my card I used this EZ Wonder die #3 by Sponsor Not 2 Shabby shop and LV Handcrafted.  It's a great die and a favorite of mine.  I also used a Winter Critters EZ Postage Printable from LV Handcrafted. It's so great because she designed them for this EZ Wonder die so you know where to place your die on this printable and it will cut all the elements out. Is it addicting? Yes I printed like 4 different printables at a time.  I love them though. The digital Christmas sentiments work for this die too. I inked it a little and it smeared using Hero Arts Taffy ink. That's okay though.  Next, I stamped a rubber snowflake stamp from Sponsor Unity Stamps Co.  This is from the Advent calendar last year 2024.

I know you can't tell to well but I used Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs for the Snowflake Grid stencil (use VonFan10 to save)that I also inked with the Hero Arts Taffy ink.  My inked background was cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I popped up my critters EZ Wonder #3 die-cut with Sponsor Therm O Web's foam tape.  Lastly, I added some Diamond Stickles for some sparkle on my card.  I think this card is fun and that Ferret makes me smile.

Hello everyone.  I have another fun Holiday card using this months {BYSHC} Sketch 59 Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers. It's also Day 5 for the Christmas in July Linky Party. Lawn Fawn is our sponsor this month for our sketch challenge and you can win a $25 GC.

Without further ado here is my card.

On my card for sketch #59 I used 2 different pattern papers.  The ivory plaid pattern paper is from Lawn Fawn our sponsor this month.  I also used some other pattern paper from my stash and cut it according to the sketch.  I used 2 ephemera die-cuts from Tim Holtz to represent my circle elements from the sketch.

I also cut out some blue cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  My wreath die-cut already had a sentiment so I kept it simple for this card.  A nice clean and simple card.  I glued everything to a A2 card base.  Yay for another Holiday card DONE.

I hope you join us for the {BYSHC}Christmas in July Linky Party going on now.  All projects must be Christmas, Hanukkah, Yuletide, wintry, etc.  Entries are not required to use products from our Sponsors to be eligible for a prize.
