Hello everyone. I have a card to share using the Newest BYSHC Sketch 44 for April. We also have a Spring into Christmas linky Party going on where you can link your Holiday cards for a chance to win a prize from one of our Sponsors. It's also a lot of fun and a great way to get your Holiday cards finished for the year.
On my card, I ink blended a stencil from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs called Bold Snowflakes on white card stock with wilted Violet Distress ink and Blueprints Sketch Distress ink. It looks really subtle which I like. I love that you can use a stencil or stamp a whole background or pattern paper for this sketch. I cut my background according to the sketch and layered it on purple card stock.
I stamped a stamp from Stampers Anonymous from a older STAMPtember stamp set collaboration with Simon Says Stamp using black ink. I then ink blended it a little to match. I also stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set onto purple card stock with white embossing powder. I cut my sentiment according to the size of the sketch. I glued everything to a A2 card base. I love how it came out. I hope you join our challenge and Linky Party. RAM Stamps is our Sponsor for the Sketch Challenge this month and we have a few sponsors for the Linky Party.
All projects must be Christmas, Hanukkah, Yuletide, wintry, etc.
